chapter 2 the funeral day / first date story 

Hi, I am back todays chapter is about me and Lorenzo. 
Of course, we were kissing in the rain, then we went to his room I am kind of nervous Lorenzo lays me on his bed.
Then we did not stop kissing Lorenzo takes off my shirt. And we accidentally drop his lamp.
What's going on are you ok?" Lorenzo's mom asked.
"Yeah, just dropped my lamp on accident sorry mom" Dylan replied.
"It ok can I come in? it's locked,"  Lorenzo's mom asked.
"Yeah, I am changing hold up Lorenzo said.
"Why?  Lorenzo's mom asked.
I took a shower Lorenzo  said.
"Ok hurry up I need to tell you something."
 Lorenzo's mom replied. Lorenzo whispers sorry.
"It ok's I'm going to go good night" I whisper back.
"Oh, ok good night"  Lorenzo said.
We kiss again "Lorenzo who was that?"
Lorenzo's mom asked.
Nobody mom" Lorenzo replies. 
Bye I smiled. 
bye  Lorenzo smiled back.
That was crazy I almost lost my virginity, my dad is going to kill him if he finds out.
It was amazing I hate that his mom come We were so close maybe next time, I went to my room and went to sleep.
I forgot to tell Sophia I was going to stay at my house.
So, the next morning Sophia texted me and asked, "where do you go Last night?"
Oh, I'll tell you later" I replied.
The next week we to the viewing for Ben at his house I don't think I could walk in his house Let me tell you about my first kiss.
I was nine years old.
It was at the park, and That why he loves me And I don't know how to feel about him. I loved him but not that way I felt so bad.
He didn't care but he still loved me, and I can't face the fact he's gone he was my best friend.
I walk in his house and all the memories come rushing back so fast.
Our kiss the first time we met.
I walk in and see everyone look so sad His mom, grandma, sister, and everyone that loved him and cared for him.
There were so many pictures of him around his home.
I rush out of there and left and  Lorenzo Chased after me.
I did not want to leave but it was so overwhelming to almost see him.
I could not breathe I went to my room and start crying on the ground.
  Lorenzo went through his window to mine "Why did you Leave" Lorenzo asked.
"Because Lorenzo I cannot be there."
"I am broken and nobody can fix it except him but his died." I cried."
And I need him, and I loved him so much and being there just hurts" I pleaded.
"It hurts my parents' divorce, my best friend dying and feeling that pain in my heart I said.
"Lilly I'm sorry it going to be ok it going to get better" Lorenzo reassures me. "HOW he gone how is that going get better"
I replied.
"It not but it's going to get easier" Lorenzo assured me.
"You will never forget the memories you had and remember he loved you we all know he did" Lorenzo said.
"Your right thanks Dylan" I replied. I was not sure if was going get easier, but I was going to try to say strong for Ben.
I hugged Lorenzo.
We went back and Ben's mom asked if I am ok why did I leave.
"Oh, sorry I was to scared to see Ben he gone, and I can't believe his gone" I cried.     "Aww you must be the girl that he liked Benz's grandma said.
she hugged me do not worry darling Ben in a better place with his grandpa.
Ben's grandma reassured me.
I know I smiled.
After the Viewing I paid my respects and left.
That night I was dreaming that Ben told me.
"Everything's going to be ok I love you" Ben smiled.
Then I woke up Ben right it is going to be ok. In the morning me and Sophia come over.
"Chica estás bien" which mean girl are you ok Sophia asked.
"sí Which means yes, I replied.
"Se honesta" which means "be honest" Sophia questioned.
"Se cuando estas triste" which means I know when you are sad Sophia said.
"Estoy bien ok no lo soy, pero voy a ser fuerte."
Which means I am fine ok I'm not but I'm going to be strong I cried.
"Lo siento mucho Bestie."
which means I am so sorry Bestie Sophia hugged me.
The next week Bens mom made plans for Benz's funeral.
I am nervous Ben said he wanted me to speak at his funeral.
I still cannot believe he gone.
It does not feel real.
But it is he so amazing and sweet, so I am doing this for him.
So, I got ready in a black dress and black heels. "Hi Lilly, are you ready" Lorenzo wondered. "Yeah" I replied. It ok's you can do it Lorenzo said.
"Thanks, I smiled can you help me zip up my dress I asked.
"Yeah, sure Lorenzo said.
I felt nervous because I know we almost had sex two weeks ago, so it was so felt weird, so I felt nervous.
"What going on?" Eddie asked.
"Nothing he was helping me with my dress zipper" I said.
"Oh, ok well can you get out of my sister room" Eddie rudely said.
"Yeah, ok bye Lilly see at the funeral" Lorenzo said.
"Bye" I replied.
Lorenzo left thanks a lot to my brother, Eddie so annoying and I cannot stand him.
"Why you do that he wasn't doing nothing"
I said.
"Because he shouldn't be here its inappropriate" Eddie answered.
"Well, I'm old enough to do what I want"
I responded.
"What is that supposed to mean" Eddie asked confused.
"Nothing gosh" I replied.
Eddie really cares about me If he finds out my whole family will kill Dylan.
I am not joking, But I am so sad I can't even think about that right now.
Lorenzo was here for support he is nice.
"Ok I get it I am sorry sis ok come here" Eddie hugged me.
I start to cry, "I miss him I don't get it he was only 16 he didn't even get to live his life" I cried.
"I'm sorry Lilly" Eddie comforted me.
"I cannot stop thinking about the night he died.
Because he knew he was going to die and tried comforting me" I cried more.
I know it's not fair he died, but he doesn't have to go through all that pain anymore. my mom said.
Everybody joined the hug.
Niña" my mom said to me.
"Yes, mom" I replied.
"It going to get better" my mom reassured.
Even though my mom said that she was just trying to comfort me but I knew she was hurting about Ben death.
"I know" I tear up.
"We should start going to the Church already" Eddie told us.
Ben parents decided they should have the funeral at there catholic Church.
Ok I replied.
When we got to the church Everybody was so sad.
Let me tell you about ben.
So, you can know how he was an amazing person.
Since Ben was little, he was so sweet.
Ben used to visit his grandma every day.
He used to help her with her Garden but when ben got sick.
He Couldn't help her no more.
Ben was so sad because he wanted to still help his grandma.
So, then his grandma and his grandpa moved in with Ben family.
Because his grandma and grandpa need help so then a week later.
His grandpa had a heart attack and sadly he died.
He is grandma was so sad and because him and Ben were so close.
But it was hard on his mom Ms. Smith.
She was taking care of Ben and her parents. The hardest thing for her when her dad died.That is his story he was amazing, sweet person may he Rest in Peace.
"May everyone take a seat" the pastor said.
Ben family ask most of Ben's friends and family who want it to speak at his funeral.
So, everyone took their turn to talk about him first it was his mom.
"Ben was my baby and I loved him so much" Ben mom cried.
Then Bens grandma spoke.
"My Young sweet grandson was the best."
"Ben always made me happy and I'm very sad and my baby is gone."
"He's up there with my husband so I know he safe" Ben grandma said.
"Then it was Lorenzo he was best friend I love him like my own brother" Lorenzo expressed.
The last one was me I was super nervous.
I did not see him at the viewing because I was too scared to See him right now made me so sad.
I felt a Sharp pain in my heart it like someone stepping on my chest over and over.
So, I started crying "Ben was a great best friend." he told me to follow my heart.
"He was my first kiss and he really loved me" I professed.
"And I loved him."
"His was the sweetest person ever."  I cried.
"I remembered that he wanted me to be happy."
"And for him I will try be happy."
"Ben told me he wanted me to be happy."
"Right before he died, I was right next to him."
"I told him he was not goanna die."
"He said it going to be ok he promised."
;And he said he is always going to look down on me.
"And that he will come back down if someone hurts me."
All my pain came out I kept on saying how I felt "I don't understand he was so young I don't why god took him he was 16."
I cried more and Lorenzo right behind me I turn to him and he hugged me.
When I got home I ran to my room and slammed the door and continue to cry.  Lorenzo came through the window.
"Hey! Lilly I'm so sorry" Lorenzo said.
" Lorenzo! can lay by me?" I asked.
Yeah! Lorenzo replied.
I laid on his chest and keep crying he hugged me.
A couple of days went by, and I was feeling a lot better.
Lorenzo helped me a lot.
I can just feel ben watching me.
It felt great and I felt protected.
Even though a part of me was still hurt but knowing Ben not in pain anymore.
Makes me  happy he ok now.
I will always miss him and the memories we shared.
I decided to go to Sophia's house. And tell her want happened with Lorenzo.
I text her before and told her I had to tell her something.
"Oh, ok come over" Sophia replied.
"Ok I will be there soon" I replied.
I knocked on her door and Sophia answered. "Hi come in" Sophia replied.
"Ok Let go upstairs" I said. "So, what up" Sophia said.
"Promise you won't tell anyone" I replied. "Yes of course" Sophia told me.
"Ok me and Lorenzo almost had sex" I said. "Wait what you and Lorenzo wait what do you mean almost had sex?" Sophia wondered.
"Well, his mom knocked so I had to go" I said.
"Wait when was this?" Sophia's asked.
"The night I left your house" I responded. "So when you said you like someone else it was Lorenzo" Sophia said.
It wasn't a big deal but then I couldn't stop thinking about him I responded.
"Oh wow so you and Lorenzo" Sophia said. "Yeah, it crazy but I really like him I said.
"Well, I totally ship you guys' Sophia said.
"Thanks, do want to go out for ice cream" I said.
"Yeah, let go" I said.
Right when we got there, we saw my brother Mason with his Friend I wanted to leave, and Sophia didn't want to.
"Come on please let stay do you care me?"  Sophia said.
"Yes but no I'm not staying"  I replied.
"If you care me, you will stay here with me" Sophia said.
"fine" I rolled my eyes.
"Let's get ice cream" I said.
"Wait can we sit at their table" Sophia asked.
"Nope I only agreed to stay here not to eat at their table" I told Sophia. "Please" Sophia said.
"Ok Fine" I rolled my eyes again.
"Hi welcome to Boston Robins what would you like today?" The guy asked.
"Rocky road ice cream for me and for her vanilla and chocolate ice cream" I replied.
"Ok Is that all" the guys said.
"Yes, I replied.
"It will be ready in a second, "I'll bring it to your table" the guy said.
"Ok thanks" I said.
"Hi mason" I said.
"Hi Lilly, what are you doing at my table why can't you sit somewhere else?" Mason responded.
The audacity of my own annoying brother. "Oh, sorry I wanted to sit here but it ok we can leave" Sophia said.
"Oh, sorry you can sit here" mason said. "Eww" I couldn't Believe it my brother liked my best friend.
"I'm goanna go" I said.
Me to his friend said. I decided to talk to my mom and ask her about Lorenzo.
"Hey mom" I said.
"Hey baby come in" my mom said.
Let me tell you about me.
And my mom's relationship.
We are like best friends.
But I'm not telling her what happened, with me and Lorenzo she would be disappointment in me because she trusted me.
"I kissed someone" I replied.
"Who?" My mom asked.
"Lorenzo, I responded. "Oh, when?  My mom asked.
"Like a week ago" I replied.
"Why didn't you tell me? my mom asked. "Because I don't know" I answered.
 ;My Daughter, you can tell me anything.
"You know that right" my mom implied. "Yeah, mom I know" I replied.
"You haven't had sex right nothing like that because you're too young."
My mom asked.
"no nothing like that" I replied.
I lied straight to her face I felt so bad.
"Good I don't want him to pressure you in having sex with him." My mom told me.
"Right I know" I responded. 
"Are you guys together?" My mom asked.
"Well yeah well, I'm not sure I haven't talked about it with him, should I?" I asked.
"Yes of course you should" my mom replied.
"Ok I'm glad I talk to you love you" I said.
"Love you too" My mom said.
I went to talk to Lorenzo I knocked on the door. "Lilly Hey" Lorenzo said.
"I need to talk to you" I replied.
"Ok come in" Lorenzo replied. "So, do you want some water" Lorenzo asked.
"No, I'm good" I replied.
"So, wants up" Lorenzo wondered.
"Are we officially together I mean we did almost had sex" I replied.
Dylan smiled and said "Yeah, I would like that."
"And yeah, we did almost have sex". "Yeah,  would it be bad if it happened again I said. "Yeah it wouldn't be" Lorenzo kisses me.
