tommy was sat on the dining hall chair, scrolling through twitter, occasionally replying to tweets by jack or dream. they were all eating breakfast, from toast to omelettes. "when do you guys leave?" sage asks, stirring up early morning conversation. it was only 10am, but way too early for the bunch of them. "tommy's dad will get him at like.. 3pm." wilbur said, looking at tommy for confirmation, he nodded. "and i'll leave later after." sage nods, getting a ding on her phone. it was an email notification, starting with 'weatherspoons job application.' "oh my fucking god. george come to the other room." she jumps up, leaving her lucky charms on the table and rushes to the living room.
george soon enters, and they sit down on the sofa. sage nervously opens it. "oh my god!" she shouts, "they accepted me!" george jumps up and grins, giving his sister a huge hug. "thats great!" he grabs her cheeks. "i'm watching you grow up so fast." he laughs it was only an accepted job application, to be a waitress. she'd have to do things like order white wine in weatherspoons for people, so it wasn't too much of a big deal, but being accepted from so little experience was a pretty big thing.
they soon sat back down, george happily broke the news to the two boys, them both congratulating her. then wilbur switched into his big brother mode, telling her what to do and what not to do, and what to look out for.
in a matter of days, sage had started her new job. she had to wear semi cute uniform. behind the back she texted tommy,
