Your dad just looked through the custody stuff to see what he can do and if he can actually fight for more custody or even full, but full custody would be hard

"Sure go out and have fun." Lily says and your dad nods
"Yes I'm gonna be extremely busy today so you two have fun." Your dad says and Harry nods
"Awesome." Harry says smiling at you and you smile slightly as you weren't feeling great today
