Zak's POV

Last weekend was crazy, it was already the next weekend and we were hanging out with the ENTIRE friend group. But that also meant Alex.

After the party and we went back to school, Alex and Darryl were all dandy and sh*t. I swear, just go back to the dozen of boyfriends you seem to have and f*ck off!

I grumbled to myself and glared harshly into nowhere.

We were at my house, my parents somehow allowed a hoard of guys to crash at our place and be guys, maybe it was just because my mom used to be a party QUEEN but who knows. Right now we were playing Assassin, a game my mom made up, and I was dead right now.

My mom chooses one or two people to be the assassins, depends whatever she wants to do. The assassin or assassins have to go up to someone and make a slicing action to their neck to kill them. We have 7 minutes, either the game ends with everyone being dead, someone running to the living room and calling out the assassins' name, or by the timer running out. You have to sit down when you're dead and you can't tell who the assassin is, only if you're alive.

7 Minutes of Hell in my opinion.

As you already knew, I was dead. Tubbo came dashing down the hall acting all scared but then out of nowhere, KILLED ME, so I've been here for a while.

Some are brave enough AND fast enough to wander around to figure out who the assassin is and tell others, but some just hide. I was one of those brave ones, but look where I ended up.

I was fast enough but I was tricked, okay?!

"Hey, guys! Come out, the game is over!"

I got up from the hallway upstairs and went back to the kitchen. Everyone gathered together and started arguing.

"Tubbo and Dream were the assassins."

"Well, it was quite obvious when you could hear Dream yelling 'George!' through the house and George's petrifying screams," Sapnap said.

"So who won?" I asked.

"You guys won, Technoblade was the last one," Dream said with disappointment.

"Ugh, for the love of- MMMMMMM can you just DIE this ONCE?" I directed towards Techno.

"Nope, never have, never will."

"Okay, get in a circle, we're doing another round!" My mom announced.

We got in a circle and closed our eyes. My mom will go around and tap two peoples' shoulders, or one. Again, I wasn't tapped, so when she announced she was done, I dashed out to the yard. I hid behind a huge rock that was against the fence, I saw a couple of people through the windows running and hiding around. I was already uncomfortable and probably after a minute, I was already heading inside.

I looked around a bit, I didn't find anyone so I decided I should hide in a room for a bit. I went upstairs, careful about the surroundings all around me. I hunched my body over to be more stealthy and quick, I made my way to the end of the hall and walked into a room.

I saw Darryl hiding in a corner. I froze for a bit until he turned around, but I didn't run.

"Hide with me! I'm scared!" He loud whispered.

"How do I know you're not it?" I said cautiously.

"How do I know YOU'RE not it?!" He snapped back.

"True point." He stood up carefully and walked towards me slowly. I backed away a little, still not sure if I could trust him.

"My hands are down, I can't kill you!" He grabbed my hand with both of his hands.
