chapter 62

Scarlet Pov : 

I felt  my body slam into the cold floor making me wince in pain , my mind was still not clear and my cheeks were burning , i prayed my eyes open with so much difficulty , but surrounding me was only darkness , my heart was racing like crazy and my usual calmness was gone , i took in a deep breath as i tried to calm my mind and try to find a way out but no matter how much i looked around everything was pitch black, as my heart finally calmed down i started to hear a faint sound coming from somewhere far , i tried to hear the voice again but this time all  heard was the sound of footsteps getting closer and closer and with a bang my darkness was finally broken i squinted my eyes hard and tried to look at the person who opened my door , and there he stood the same man who broke into my house , he took another step closer to me with a creepy smile on his face , i glared at him with no fear showing on my face , there is no way i am gonna let this psycho see me weak

'' you awake sleeping beauty ?'' the man said as he kneeled beside me on the floor and his filthy hand caressed my face making Goosebumps rise all over my body , I summoned all the courage I had in my body and spat at his face and god was his reaction satisfactory enough, but soon I felt my cheek burn again as he slapped me hard enough for my bottom lip to start bleeding making me wince in pain and letting tears sting my eyes.

''you crazy bitch , you should thank god that i haven't killed you yet , wait until i get that crazy son of a whore , and after that i will kill you both together , i will make you watch as your son gets killed slowly before your eyes " 

"don't you fucking touch him you psycho" i felt my blood boil as he talked about Noah like that , i knew that kristian will defiantly protect him but still my whole body was repulsed by the thought of even one hair of his getting hurt by the hands of this man 

"oh! and who is gonna stop me ? you ? or that idiot of husband who is probably going behind that idiot of a maid that is gonna blow up the whole airport , that stupid whore she really though i was gonna help her , will anyway i will see her in hell with your husband and his friends " 

"yo... you what do you mean ?" my body shook as his words started to sink in , he slowly stood up and started walking towards the door 

"wait , where are you going ? you can't do this " i screamed loudly as i saw him smirk and close the door tightly behind him leaving me with the echo of his laugh as he shouted his name 

"Remember the name , Seven Santiago is the one who finished the Knights  "

"NO, no please don't . . . " i screamed loudly as i shook my body hard trying to break free from the zip ties that were bonding me from behind but soon the zip ties started cutting into my skin making me wince in pain but i didn't give it any mind as i continued trying to break free , and suddenly i remembered that i once watched a video about that , it was something about creating some space using your body as a wedge , i took a deep breath and with all my power smacked my hands on my back snapping the zip ties into two and cutting myself in process , i looked on my hands and i was bleeding a lot from both cuts , i sat down and tore a piece of my shirt to wrap my hands , while i was tying the cloth i remembered the phone that i had hidden before i was taken , i cursed my pregnancy memory and took the phone out and thank god it was still full of battery but to my luck there was no service , i tried to stand up but both of my legs were shaky and my mind was still in a daze making me fall on my knees again .

i winced in pain , my whole body was painful , and i felt tears sting my eyes as i felt a small stomach ache making me terrified, i hugged my stomach and took a deep breath 

"everything will be all right , we will be fine , i promise you baby "   slowly i stood up again and walked with a quivering legs towards the wall so i can use it as support .
