The Devil Within (The conjuring Ed and Lorraine Warren fan fic )

The flight

Ed and Lorraine were both us early already eating breakfast when Judy walked in cheerfully " Morning" she beamed as she walked over to her parents and give them each a hug and they both hugged and kissed her back. Judy walked round the table and took a seat and helped herself to some cereal and milk.
" We've got a couple of things that we want to say to you both once Lexi is up" Ed said and Judy nodded as she had a mouthful of cereal.
A little while later Lexi woke up and walked into the kitchen still half a sleep she mumbled " morning" and sat down at the table.
" Morning kiddo" Ed said cheerfully.
Lexi poured herself some cereal and a large helping of cereal. Once Lexi had woken up a bit more Lorraine finally spoke " Now that your both together, we need to run some rules by you both before everything happens" Lexi nodded.
Ed took a bit of toast " We need to run some rules by you both, okay?" They both nodded.
Lorraine spoke up " Okay first of all, you will do whatever we tell you to do, so if we tell you to run you run...okay?" Lexi and Judy looked at each other before nodding " Why would we need to run exactly ?" Judy frowned.
Ed was next to speak " We never know what we are facing because ever case is different" Judy nodded to show she understood.
" You never leave our sight and you do not disobey us because nothing is ever what it seems" Ed said
Lexi was getting board of their rules.
" Okay we get it....No fun" Lexi said
Lorraine sighed " fine we won't take both of you if you don't take this seriously" Ed snapped.
Lexi whinged " No I'm sorry I'll be good I swear " Lexi said pleading
" Okay very well. Go and get ready girls because we have to get going soon" Ed said glancing at his watch.

At the airport Ed, Lorraine the girls sat in a cafe having a bite to eat whilst they waited for their flight.
" So does the family know your are both coming?" Lexi asked cheerfully
Ed nodded " yes they do" Judy nodded her head whilst taking a large sip of her milkshake.
" have I been to England before? Or on a plane before?"Lexi asked
" Yes you've flown before but you were still in my stomach...I don't think we've been to England before have we hon?" Ed said thinking and Lorraine shook head and Lexi frowned in confusion" what do you mean?" she asked.
" We were working on another case when your mother found out that she was actually pregnant with you Lexi" Lexi turned to look at Lorraine who glanced up and forced a weak smile and nodded " that was right wasn't it babe?" Lorraine nodded " Yep that's it exactly it" Lorraine smiled. Ed could sense Lorraine was nervous taking the girls with them this time so he reached out and placed his hand on top of hers and gave it a squeeze. Lexi and Judy shared a knowing glance as they watched their parents.
" how about you Judy excited to go to London for a few days ?" Judy nodded " I can't wait to see England" Judy said cheerfully.
Once they had finished eating they looked around the duty free shops, buying a few things they each wanted or needed. Meanwhile Ed, Lorraine and the girls flight was now due and they were heading to the departure gate number 12 where their plane stood.
They joined the line and waited patiently, Lexi stood out of the line and looked around at all the people at departure gate 12.
" Judy?" Lexi whispered and Judy whispered back  "Whats the matter Lex?" Lexi looked down at her hands before glancing to her right and past Judy.
" Don't look but that nun is standing right over there" Lexi  shakily pointed over to a few chairs.
" I can't see anything Lex" Judy said sensing lexis fear "Why doesn't mom see this?" Lexi whispered and Judy shrugged "I honestly don't know".
Ed looked at the girls and he could see Lexi was shaking " Lexi sweetie Whats wrong?" Lexi panicked and tired to think of a good excuse to say to her rather but it wasn't working.
" Whats the matter sweetie?" Lorraine asked
"Nothing I'm fine" Lexi said as she glanced at beyond her mother with her arms folded.
Lorraine sighed But they didn't get to speak because they were now boarding the plane and we're now taking off towards
London , England.
Ed and Lorraine sat next to each other whilst Lexi and Judy sat together in the row in front of them.
Ed was busy reading the case file that was supplied to them by the church Lorraine was resting her head against Ed's shoulder and she attempted to drift off to sleep. Later on through the flight Ed glanced down at his wife and smiled
,he lifted his arm so his arm was now round Lorraine and she was now resting her head on his chest and Ed placed a kiss on the top of Lorraine's head.
Everyone was quiet until Judy began to feel sick but she just tried to ignore it but the worse it became.

"Lexi" Judy said weakly to Lexi who sat in the chair next to her.

"What's the matter Judy?" Lexi said to her little sister.

"I don't feel to so good" Judy said swallowing the bile that had risen to her throat.

"Try and get some sleep and we will be there soon, Okay?" Judy mumbled "okay".

Judy shook her head " I feel sick" she said weakly.

" do you want me to get mom or dad ?" Lexi asked tenderly and Lolly nodded " I want my mom" Judy said trying to hold back the tears.

Lexi shook her mother and got no reply " Is everything okay Sweetie?" Ed asked taking off his headphones " No Judy doesn't feel well but she wants Mom" Ed  gently woke her up " What?? are we there?" Lorraine groaned  not bothering to remove her eye mask that she put in during the flight " no not yet Hon, Judy isn't feeling too well and well she wants you mom" Lexi said.

Lorraine pulled off her eye mask " Okay " Lorraine got up out of her seat and walked over to where Judy sat getting greener by the second.

Lorraine bent down to Judy's level where she placed the back of her hand on Judy's forehead.

" you do feel very warm Sweetie, what's wrong sweetie ?" Lorraine asked tenderly

" I feel sick , can I come and sit with you and dad?" Judy said as she began to cry.

" of course you can sweetheart, come on" Judy got out of her seat and headed over to where her mother was sitting.

Lorraine settled down with Judy who snuggled up to her mother.
" Hey sweetheart , I hear you're not feeling well" Judy shook her head, she dry swallowed as she felt the bile rising up to her throat.

" I feel so sick, please make it stop" Judy sobbed.

"Shh it's alright, try to get some sleep" Lorraine kissed the top of Judy's head and held Judy tight.
" Are you alright with her?do you want me to take her?" Ed offered.
" No I'll be fine thanks hon " Lorraine smiled weakly.
" Okay love. Well let me know if you want to swap or need a break" Lorraine nodded "I will thank you"Lorraine placed her hand on top of Ed's hand and gave it a squeeze.
Half an hour later Judy woke up with a start " Mom! I'm gonna be si-" Judy didn't get to finish her sentence she puked all down Lorraine's top " Ugh" Lorraine groaned and Ed snickered where as Lexi started to laugh " It's not funny"Lorraine moaned "Sorry mom" Judy was so embarrassed and started to whimper " it's okay sweetie don't worry" Lorraine said trying to calm Judy down.
" I'm just gonna go and...." Lorraine gestured to the restroom.
Lorraine walked down the isle and over to the restroom and luckily it was vacant so Lorraine went straight in and wet a bit of toilet tissue and started to wipe the puke up the best she could.
Lorraine walked back over to Judy and Ed " Hey sweetie, how you feeling?" Lorraine asked softly as she got back into her seat, Judy was sitting on her fathers lap all cuddled up " I'm really sorry mom, I didn't mean to barf on you"Judy said quietly.
" Is everything alright?" Ed asked glancing at his wife and reached out and took Lorraine's hand in his own and stayed like that.
" I'm okay, I'm much better now" Lorraine smirked.
Ed moved his head closer to Lorraine who also moved closer to him so they were inches apart and they shared a meaningful kiss " Ugh that's gross" Judy chuckled, they pulled a part " I love you" Ed said with a huge goofy grin on his face " I love you too" Lorraine smiled.

Hey guys and gals OMG you guys are absolutely insane!! Thank you so, so much for all your support on this story so far and for all the encouragement too it's unreal and never in a million dreams did I think this story would reach 1k let alone 38k. I am sorry this chapter isn't very Warren ish or very horror related but it was just a fill in gap until they reach London in the next chapter and the next chapter is possibly when Lexi tells her parents about everything but I'm not sure yet but it's a possibility. I think I may edit this chapter later on too but I just didn't want to keep you all waiting too long.
