Fair warning, there is A LOT of dialogue in this chapter, so apologies in advance (but it needed to happen tbh).

If you find it hard to visualize the story/setting while reading, I recommend watching episodes 13 and 14 in season 1 of "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" (these next few chapters take place in the location of the episodes, and the events in those episodes are brought up as well). As always, ily all, and thanks for reading :) enjoy...

"Y/n... Y/n..."

My eyes quickly fluttered open as I noticed Anakin, who was the first thing in sight. He stood right next to me, tall and large, his eyes seeming to pierce straight through my soul. As I started to take in my surroundings, I realized that I was sitting in a seat from Anakin's ship, though I was completely oblivious as to how I got there.

A sigh of relief escaped his lips as he noticed I was regaining consciousness. I quickly looked around, a bit confused in regards to where we were, and why I was (or had) passed out.

Without a second thought, I decided to try and stand up from my seat. Suddenly, a sharp achiness shot through my legs, and I immediately fell back to where I was sitting.

"Hey, hey," Anakin quickly spoke, now concerned. "Take it easy. That crash really did a number on you."

I stared at him for a moment, still confused as to what the hell was going on. "Crash?" I queried.

He mirrored my confused look, fully expecting that I would know (and remember) exactly everything that had happened.

"Yea...?" he spoke once more. "We got attacked, the ship practically broke into pieces, and we crashed onto Maridun... remember?

I now moved my gaze out onto the open field of nothingness. Well, almost nothing. All I could see for miles was tall, green and yellow grass, a dirt ground, and a few occasional trees that seemed to be bigger than our entire ship as a whole- or, what was left of our ship (image above).

"Are you okay?" Anakin asked as he interrupted my stare, now with a bit more concern in his voice.

I blinked a few times as I tried to recollect the memories of what had happened prior to me blacking out. Okay, so, we were training, and then Obi-Wan called for help. We got in Anakin's ship to go rescue him, we got attacked, and then- oh... yea.

We crashed.

I took a deep breath in as all of the memories started flooding back into my brain. My hands traveled to my face as I rubbed my eyes, desperately hoping that this was just some sort of bad dream that I would wake up from in a few moments.

"Y/n, are you okay?" Anakin queried once more, worrisome plastered across his face.

I now diverted my gaze back to him. "Maridun, you said?"

Anakin looked out onto the planet's open field, just as I had done, and inhaled deeply. "Yea, Maridun," he responded, slowly enunciating the planet's name clearly.

My mouth gaped open a little as I tried to grasp what was really going on. Maridun? "Wha- what happened?- After I- um-"
