It's an hour after Laura flatlined and she has been put in a medically induced coma. Casey has been by her side when Chris walks in
"I was just going" Casey says as he grabs his things
"I didn't want to come between you both" Chris says
"You didn't" Casey mutters before heading out
Chris sits down in the chair that Casey was previously sitting in and takes Laura's hand
"Your gonna wake up okay" Chris says with tears forming in her eyes
"It's not your fault" Luca says standing at the door
"What if I had never left?" Chris asks
"You still have feelings for her don't you?" Luca asks as he sits down next to Chris
"I don't want to come between her and Casey" Chris adds
"You love her right?" Luca asks as Chris nods
"Then go for her! You can't sit back and let the people you love slip away" Luca says smiling
"I was the one who left! I don't deserve to have her! I already had my chance" Chris says as she can feel Laura squeeze her hand
Chris goes pale
"Chris? What's up?" Luca asks
"She squeezed my hand!" Chris says as she smiles
"Maybe she does still have some feelings for you?" Luca suggests
*At the Firehouse*
"Why did she have to come in and ruin things!?" Casey says as he sits down on his bunk
"Yep" Kelly says as he scrolls through Instagram
"I'm going to move to Spain and become a belly dancer" Casey says as he knows Kelly isn't listening
"Sounds like a plan" Kelly replies
"Kelly!" Casey says as he throws a pillow at him
"Okay! But how hot is this girl?" Kelly says as he shows Casey a picture of a girl
"Focus!" Casey shouts
"Right sorry" Kelly says as he sneaks one last look at his phone
"What do I do? Fight for her? Let her walk all over me?" Casey asks
"Maybe not the right person to ask, I have had 5 girlfriends in the last month. 2 of them overlapping at the same time" Kelly says as he smiles
"Your useless you know that?!" Casey says as he puts his hands over his face
"I think you should let Laura decide. Let her get herself out of this mess" Kelly says as he puts a reassuring hand on Casey's shoulder
"Yeah maybe?" Casey says as he lets out a long sigh
