It's a week later and Laura is getting ready to go back to work. The school hasn't told her class that she is coming back so it's a total surprise. Casey is driving Laura to work as she still hasn't been cleared to drive
"Are you sure you didn't tell Emma!?" Laura says slightly panicking
"I'm positive! I even got Kelly to take her to school today!" Casey says trying to act all cool by driving with one hand
"Are you trying to kill me?" Laura asks as Casey laughs and puts his free hand on her thigh
Minuets later they arrive at School and Laura gives Casey a goodbye kiss. She walks in and all of the students are in their classes.
"Whoops! Sorry wrong class!" Laura says as she walks into her classroom
All of her students start to cheer and run over to her
"Miss Russell!!" Mike says as he hugs her
"We missed you!" Emma shouts as the whole class hug her
"I missed you all too!" Laura says as she smiles
It's lunchtime and Laura is catching up with some paperwork. She walks over to the spot in her classroom where she was shot not realising. She looks down and can see herself lying there
*Lauras Flashback*
"Emma...The phone" Laura says as she clutches her abdomen
"Stay with me Laura! We need you" Casey shouts over the phone
"Is Miss Russell going to die?" Mike asks shaking
"Get the kids!" Luca shouts
"Hey Laura! Stay with me honey!" Chris shouts as she holds Laura's hand
"C-Chris?" Laura mutters
"My mom always wanted me to end up with you" Chris says as she smiles
*Present day*
Laura's breathing has gotten faster and she finds her way back to her desk and gets her breathing under control. She pulls out her phone and texts Chris
*The Texts*
Laura - I can't breath...
Chris - what do you mean honey??
Laura - My heart is going at 100MPH! What do I do?
Chris - Okay deep breath in and out. Slowly
Laura - Okay panic over. I'm all good, thanks Chris
Chris - You sure your okay honey
Laura - All good! Now go save some life's!
Chris - always here for a chat
*Present day*
Laura then gets on with her day and Casey is at the school picking Laura up. She gets in his car and plants a kiss on his lips.
"How was your first day??" Casey asks as he starts to drive away
"It was good!" Laura says as she smiles
"Matt" Laura says as casey looks at her
"Yeah?" He asks with his eyes shifting from her to the road
"I'm gonna move in" Laura says as she smiles
"Great!" Casey says enthusiastically
