A COUPLE OF WEEKS WENT BY AND MANY DIFFERENT things had happened in the meanwhile.

George had a new haircut and was now dating Callie Torres, Izzie was falling very hard for one of her heart patients Danny and Meredith was now dating the Vet of her dog, which drove Derek crazy.

Brie had been on Burks service for the last week and realized that even if her actual plan had been Neuro, Cardio was actually pretty badass.

And even if Cristina scared the living shit out of her with the death stares she shot her, Brie wouldn't just quit the idea of becoming a Cardio surgeon.

Brie was currently standing in the large cafeteria, buying herself a cup of coffee for her night shift as she suddenly heard a couple of gunshots.

The brunette immediately flinched in surprise as she let go of her cup of coffee. Her heart started racing in her chest and she watched the cup fall down to the ground in slow motion.

The brown liquid splashed over the floor and the brunette suddenly snapped back into reality.

Brie immediately started running towards the E.R where many people were just standing around as new patient were brought in.
