Dream's POV

2 months later...

It all took George and me a while, but today was the day we were going to come out to our friends and on stream. We wanted to come out to our friends first, but we got most of them together on the Dream SMP and George was streaming it. It was the first time after months that he streamed again, but he was finally ready.

After his mum got sent back to England and wasn't allowed to have contact with George anymore, his life started getting a little bit better. He had the courage to be himself a bit more and didn't try to hide the fact that he was gay anymore.

He didn't come out to anyone from our friends, but he openly talked about it with me and Sap without being scared to be judged.

He took a break from social media for a month. He didn't upload videos, didn't stream and didn't use Twitter to let everyone calm down. There weren't any haters who came up to him anymore, there was one fan who came up to him and he was open about him being gay.

A few weeks ago Sapnap had also arrived here. We were really excited to meet and he was really supportive. Something George really needed at this moment.

George and I talked a lot about his feelings now. I taught him that it was way better to talk about things and he trusted me enough now. He had once cried in my arms for literally hours, after that he felt really relieved. It was like he finally grieved about his dad.

I was sitting down behind my PC as I was cuddling with George who was starting his stream. Once he turned on his face cam, I quickly moved away and grabbed my mask to tease everyone once he told them.

George was nervously walking around in Minecraft, waiting for the viewers and our friends to come in. I grabbed his hand to calm him down and he smiled at me, trying to make it as unnoticeable as possible.

He waited for five more minutes and then cleared his throat.

'This isn't just a normal stream, I know that I've been gone for ages. I think we all know the reason for this and today I will talk about it for a short while. I'm going to undeafen after I explained it, because all my friends are in a VC.'

I held his hand tightly and let him squeeze it when he got a bit scared.

'Most of you know that I accidentally outed myself on steam a few months back. After that I got so scared that I didn't want to be on the internet anymore. I'm finally ready to talk about what happened and my sexuality. I'm going to unmute on Discord now. Before I unmuted, Dream might be here next to me.'

He undeafened his mic quickly before reading the chat about what he said last and squeezed my hand tightly because he was actually very scared.

'Hi guys,' George said.

'Hello,' I added.

The whole chat of George's stream went crazy as they realised George and I met up and they didn't even know Sapnap was here as well. He wasn't in our room at the moment, he was on his own PC in a different area of the house.

Everyone said hi back and George smiled awkwardly. He took a deep breath and nodded to encourage himself.

'I don't want to have to say this twice, so that's why I invited you all to come to this stream. Maybe some of you saw already, but I'm in fact gay,' George muttered.

'And I'm unlabelled, but I also like boys,' I said.

'And uh-.'

'We are in a relationship,' I said. To make everyone completely crazy, I lifted my mask a tiny bit and kissed George's cheek.

The chat went crazy and the belated reply from all the people in the VC watching the stream was priceless. To make everything even worse, Sapnap came into our room to make everyone freak out completely.

The stream was very chill and George was happy that he finally had the courage to come out to everyone. He was going to stream more again and after that, we cuddled up in bed.

Sapnap went to bed as well and I smiled at George, running my hand through his hair.

'How are you feeling today?' I asked him with a smile on my face. I kissed his forehead as he opened his mouth to speak.

'I'm doing okay, I'm a bit tired though.'

'Come, you should go to sleep,' I said as I pulled him close to let his head rest on my chest.

George looked up with a light blush on his face. He smiled shyly and grabbed my hand. 'Can I have a kiss before I go to sleep?'

'You don't have to ask,' I said as I smiled and leaned in a bit. I pressed my lips on his and George kissed me back. He was really tired so we just kissed shortly and gently, he smiled at me when we broke apart and I kissed his cheek.

'I love you, Georgie. I'm so glad that you're with me now.'

George was about to answer as the door opened. Sapnap walked in with a sleepy face.

'I'm just walking away from the bathroom and I hear this cheesy talk. You guys are so cliche.'

'Just go to sleep and let us be cliche. We just love each other, idiot.'

'Gross,' Sapnap said as I kissed George's cheek. He grinned after to make sure we knew it was a joke and turned around. 'Goodnight.'

'Goodnight,' I said with a smile and George did the same as he looked at me after, kissing me shortly.

'I'm happy to be here with you. I feel very safe in your arms. I didn't feel safe at home, but I'm safe with you.'

I smiled, kissed him shortly and let him rest his head on my chest to make him fall asleep. He softly dozed off as I smiled. 'You're indeed safe with me, Georgie. I love you.'
