-Because the old house is unable to be fixed and the cabin is too far away and gets blocked in by snow all the time, elaine tries to find a new house
-josie gets an off-ward day because she's on a discharge plan which means she gets some off-ward days, she goes with elaine to look at houses
-elaine tells josie that she's a lesbian and is dating Mizuki, josie says she doesn't even care her mom's a lesbian and she's just so happy that elaine has found someone to date that makes her happy
-they find a condo with a big yard and lots of room and is wheelchair accessible, elaine signs the papers and says when josie is discharged they'll be able to move in there
-when josie gets back a new patient has been admitted (Esther)
