-All patients with eating disorders have a group therapy session where they cook a holiday meal together for the unit to eat (they were having a "harvest party")
-josie has a lot of fun, even though the food is scary to her
-Leo has a really hard time and josie is concerned but he doesn't want to talk to her
-The entire unit goes to do art therapy and they make handprint turkeys and do paper collages shaped like leaves
-they have the harvest party and dinner, josie is able to eat a few bites of her favorite food and it makes her really happy
-that night Leo is really upset and has a breakdown, he tries to commit suicide so josie has to sneak out of their room and get a nurse to stop him
-he's bleeding really bad so he has to go to the er and get stitches
