It's Christmas Eve
They go to the Christmas Eve service at church and it's really beautiful

After that they have a nice dinner together and Josie is able to eat a little bit
Elaine gets a call and they find out Josie got the scholarship
They all watch a Christmas movie together then go to sleep

On Christmas morning, they are all really excited
Elaine and Adam got up early to make breakfast for everyone
Josie throws up after trying to eat, Veronica comforts her
Everyone gets really great gifts
After all the gifts are done, Mizuki proposes to Elaine
She says yes and everyone cheers

That afternoon, all the kids go outside and play in the snow
Josie is watching from the porch but she decides to go out and play
She slips on some ice and dislocates her hip, shoulder, and elbow, so she has to go to the ER

She's laying in the bed in the ER waiting to be discharged, they reset her joints but she still hurts
Josie's watching the sunset and being around her family
She writes in her journal when she gets home about how her journey has been really unpredictable, but she's grateful for every blessing she has and that she wouldn't change a thing
