Y/n: This is a teleportation crystal which will allow to teleport anywhere you like and if see Blackbeard and tries to ambush you and take you to the World Government just imagine where you want to go and it will teleport you there whether you are chained up it will still teleport you still. I made it small and turned it into a necklace so no one can see it.
