“It’s fine. I don’t mind.” And let out a sigh.
“Hope is already comfortable with your presence. And she’s happy when she’s with you.” I smiled to him. And leave the kitchen. I saw them playing with a new toy, and I think that’s Aiden’s gift to her.
“Mommy look oh, Daddy Aiden give this to me.” I smiled to her.
“Did you say thank you to him?” she nodded. I face Aiden and walk close to him.
“Thank you for those toys you give to her.” I smiled. And he smiles too.
He played with hope the whole 3 hours. I’m happy that hope is happy. I can see the happiness all over her face. Aiden is also enjoying playing with her. I go near them when I saw hope yawning, I think shes already tired of playing. I clear my throat infront of them
“Uhmm Aiden, i think hope is already sleepy. Its already late, I think she needs to rest.” He nodded at what I said.

“I hope I can visit here everyday, if it’s okay with you.?” Tanong niya. Tumango naman ako.
“As long as hope is happy, and you’re happy.” Bulong ko sa huli kung sinabi at iniwas ang tingin.
Umalis na kami sa kwarto at bumaba na.
“Thank you for this day Mr. & Mrs. Sandoval” ngumiti naman sila sa kaniya.
“Ihahatid ko lang po siya sa labas mom, dad.” Tumango naman sila.
Paglabas namin ay hinarap niya ako. “Thanks for today Iris.” He smiled. Nagtaka naman ako nung lumapit siya sa’kin.
"May kai...” hindi ko natapos ang sasabihin ko, dahil hinalikan lang niya naman ako sa noo ko. Dahil sa gulat ay tinulak ko siya.
“Nakakadalawa ka na sa’kin ah.” inis kung sabi.
“I already told you Iris. Hindi tayo naghiwalay” and he smirk. “I have to go baby” I stilled when he called me baby using his husky voice. Hindi pa nga ako nakababawi hinalikan na naman niya ang noo ko.
I came back to my senses when I heard his engine started. I wave my hand to him. I creased my forehead when I notice na nakataas pala ang kamay ko, kaya agad-agad koi tong binaba. ‘hays ano ba ‘tong nangyayari sakin.’.
Pumasok narin ako pagkatapos kung tanawin na malayo na siya. Tumambad si dad sa sala. He gestures his hand sa sofa, saying that I need to sit there.
