*Marinette's Pov*

"It's over Ladybug! I have your teammates all locked away and there's no way for you or Chat Noir to get them," the akuma said.

It's an illusion. It's only an illusion, Marinette. Only an illusion. He doesn't really have them trapped. Chat isn't on the floor seriously injured. I haven't found where the akuma was hidden. It could be anywhere.

Damian created the illusion while he could figure out how to release Ryuko and Viperion. They have been stuck in a cage that concealed anything that could get them out. Ryuko had already created a storm trying to release them but nothing worked.

What the akuma was seeing was that Chat Noir and I brought everyone to help to stop the akuma. Little by little the akuma would 'capture' one of us and put them in his cage. The image of making it look like the akuma was winning was so real that even I started to believe it was true.

"Ladybug! His necklace! The akuma is in the necklace!" Ryuko yelled out from the cage.

That's right. Each time the illusion version of my teammates went up against him his necklace glowed. Why didn't I see it before?

I ran up to the akuma. The akuma already knows my goal I have to improvise on how to reach for his necklace. I couldn't see where Damian was and I didn't want to reach out to him to let him know what I needed him to do in case the akuma figures out there is another miraculous holder around.

I called my lucky charm and it was a hair stick pin?

"A hair stick pin? That's how you plan on defeating me?" The akuma laughed.

I ran up to him and ended up getting zapped into the cage that had Ryuko and Viperion.

"Ladybug! How are you going to defeat him now?" Ryuko said, panicking.

"We can't use miraculous powers to get out. I used my lucky charm outside and this item technically isn't used for magic. To get out is probably without magic," I said, looking around the cage

I used the hair stick pin to pick the giant lock that was on the top of the cage. Viperion had to lift me up so I could reach.

"The lock, it's not normal," I said throwing it on the floor. It smashed into a million pieces and a feather came out. I purified it. Now, all we need is the necklace.

"This is how he was able to contain you. Instead of creating a senti-monster, he made this cage to conceal you guys," I said, turning to them.

"How is he tied up?" Ryuko asked. Um, what? Tied up?

I looked over in the akuma's direction and to my surprise, he was tied up.

"You can take the illusion down," I called out to Damian.

The illusion came down. The akuma is still tied up but Damian standing next to him with the necklace in his hand.

"Is this what you wanted right?" He asked while walking over and handing it to me. I broke it and purified it. I also fixed the damage that was caused by throwing my Lucky Charm into the air.

"Who's this?" Viperion asked, confused.

"I brought someone along," I said.

Damian who had his cloak up with the hood over his head took it off, the flute in his hand while in the process.

"Why does he look like a royal dressed for battle?" Ryuko said.

"Excuse me?" Damian said, offended. He spoke in French, I had forgotten he did know how to speak French.
