*Marinette's Pov*

It was our first day back in the classroom after being in Gotham. After school, I was going to meet the others in the Miraculous team at my house to figure out a plan to get Adrien back from his father. We've tried texting him but Adrien hasn't answered any of his messages or even read them. Chloe and I were walking in the direction of my parent's bakery when Chloe got my attention.

"Is it me or does that boy sitting on the bench look like Jon Kent?" Chloe asked while I looked in the direction she was pointing to.

The boy had his hoodie up but you could still see that he was wearing glasses.

"I think so but why is he just sitting there in front of my parent's bakery?" I said.

"Let's go closer and see," said Chloe.

"Hey Marinette, Chloe," said a voice behind us. We both turned around to see Luka and Kagami walking toward us while they were holding each other's hands.

"Oh, hi Luka. Hi Kagami," I said.

"We were just on our way to your house to discuss what to do," said Kagami.

We all started walking to the bakery, I noticed that the boy was still there but this time he was talking to someone. Someone who looked a lot like Damian Wayne.

"Damian?" I shouted, hoping I wouldn't embarrass myself that much if it wasn't him.

The boy turned around. Oh my gods, it really is Damian.

"Oh, you're home? I wanted to surprise you at school tomorrow," he said after I ran up to him and hugged him, he had his arms around my waist, pulling me closer to him.

"I knew that was Jon, from like all the way over there," Chloe said, running up to the bench that Jon was currently sitting at, pointing to the spot from which she first spotted him.

I looked up to Damian and saw that he was glaring at Jon while he still had his arms wrapped around me.

"What? I didn't know they were coming, I was busy paying attention to your conversion with your-" Jon said, slowly stopping his sentence.

"You didn't want to see me?" I asked, letting go.

"No no that's not it. I wanted to surprise you at school tomorrow. Of course, I wanted to see you as soon as possible, mon cher, but I thought you would still need time to adjust to being back in Paris. We just got here about two hours ago so we haven't been here long," Damian said, grabbing my hand.

I felt my cheeks getting red. He called me "mon cher". In English that translates to "my dear". I felt my heart flutter.

"H-H How's your father doing?" I asked Damian. Oh gosh, I'm stuttering again.

"He's fine now. He's been on bed rest for a couple of days, he already says he's fine to move around."

"That's good that he's getting better. We were just about to go inside to talk about what to do about Adrien's situation. Would you like to come with us?" I asked, turning my head to Jon.

"Are you sure? This seems like a team meeting. We don't want to interrupt," Jon said.

"Jon, you're his boyfriend, and Damian and his family helped figure out Hawkmoth's identity, plus, Damian is part of the team now," I said.

"Um, he is?" Kagami questioned.

"Yes, let's get inside and I'll explain more," I said.

We all walked inside the bakery.
