"Kailyn just glide" Taryn tried to coach me in skates to the table.
"I'm not going out there i can barely skate on carpet" I frowned looking at myself skate.
"It's easier on the skate floor come on" He said grabbing my hand.
"I'm going to falllll" I whined.
"Hm hold this and step on" He put my hand a rail thingy as he stepped on.
"Oh no-" I said trying to keep my balance.
Taryn grabbed my arm and held me up. He held my hands and skated backwards.
"See look, you got it" He said looking at me skate.
"Only cause you're right there" I said looking around.
"I'm gone let you go ight?"
"No" I warned looking at him.
"How you gone learn if im holding your hand the whole time?" He tilted his head.
"scuse me" Someone said skating last us almost bumping into me.
"See," I said.
"Okay in 5" He began counting.

"Stop Taryn i'm so serious" I said. He let my hand go but was still right in front of me skating backwards.
"Look at you" He smiled as i skated slowly.
I popped my imaginary collar.
"Woah" I stumbled a little. I caught my balance again.
"Hey yallll" Briana skated past us holding Bull hand.
"Hiii" I said lowly as she passed.
"Why you lookin all sad" He asked me.
"Y'all going so slow" Some kid said skating past us.
"Fuck him, you are going a lil slow you need to speed yo pace" He said waving his hand coming beside me.
"I wanna go play the games" I said.
"Ight come on" He said grabbing my hands. We got off the floor and i made my way to the driving game.
"Holon i'm finna go get some quarters" Taryn said skating away.
"K" I said sitting in the seat messing with the wheel.
He came back with a big bag full of quarters.
"Hm" He said sitting the bag in my lap.
I took out 2 quarters and put them on my side then put them on his side.
I sat the bag under his legs as we waited for the game to start.
"Cheeseee" I smiled as they took our picture to use.
"Your picture looks so mean" I said looking at Taryns.
"It don't" He argued.
"It does" I said picking my car.
"Start!!" The machine said.
I zoomed off and i was in first place.
I felt a push on my arm making me swerve.
"Cheatingggg" I said pushing Taryn back as he laughed.
