You walk in to the meeting room, there are only men in there.
"Great" you whisper to yourself
"What was that agent Y/l/n ?" David says. He is one on the most annoying agent/coworker of them all you and Rob never liked him.
"Nothing" you sit down.
"That's what I thought" David laughs "why are you late ?" He ask in front of everyone
"Non of you business" you answer crossing your arm. You sit down.
"Oh looks like it's that time of the month" he says making few of the guys in the room laugh.
"She's late because I told her to print out some papers for me" Steve defends you
"Okay if you say so Captain" David says continuing the meeting.
After the meeting you are walking to fury's office to ask him a few things about the mission. You feel a tap on your shoulder
You turn around "Steve" you nod
"Hey, I just wanted to say sorry for the way they treated you back there, there ass holes"
"No need to apologise" you two keep walking "just so you know I can talk for myself" you say to him. You were very straight forward.
"I know you can it's just-"
"Like I said don't underestimate me Rogers" you walk in to the office.
"How was the meeting Y/n" Nick asks. He is drinking some tea.
"How many times have I told you, don't make me work with David" you sit down as you pinch your nose, you feel nauseous.
"Mr. Brown is one of are top best. Just because you don't like him doesn't mean he's bad"
"I know he just gets on my nerves every single time" you complain
Nick laughs
"What's so funny ?" You ask him not really understanding
"You still act like a child"
"No I don't" you argue
"Yes you do" he argues back
"I'm not in the mood for this right now" you stand up and feel very dizzy
"Hey Y/n try and relax a bit not for you but for that child your carrying" Nick begs you
"I do relax" you smile "how long will the mission be ?" You ask him
"Well if it all goes well then 2-3 weeks but if something goes wrong you guys might be stuck there for god knows how long. Is that a problem ?" He raise a brow
"No not at all" you say "nice talk" you walk out the office.

You had to train few of the new agents so you stayed late at the gym.
"Sofia you keep practising that punch your getting there" you say locking the gym, there are five gym room's to locked, you have one left. You see the lights are on, you hear some punching and loud breathing sounds.
You slightly walk in to see who it was
"Steve what's he doing here ?" You think to yourself as you walk closer to him. You sit there and just look at him.

He punches the punching bag a little to hard causing it to fly across the room.
You clap slowly getting is attention. "What did that punching bag do to you ?" You ask with a light smile
"so she smiles ?" Steve says, he had never seen you smile
You let out a small laugh
"Oh and she also laughs" Steve says surprised. He gets him self a new punching bag. "What are you doing here it's a bit late isn't it ?"
"I could ask you the same thing. I'm here to lock up, what are you doing here ?" You ask getting closer to him.
"Working out" he answers
"Here" you give him the keys "lock up when your done"
"Thanks" Steve says
You smile
You start walking away
"You know I also lost someone I loved" Steve says out of no where, you turn around and look at him.
"Yeah Peggy Carter, right ?" You know about it because you read the file
He nods
"Rob Cooper. I heard he was a good man" Steve says
"Yeah he was" you walk back over to Steve. Your enjoy talking to him "Peggy Carter was my idol while growing up" you mention
"Really ?" Steve says
"Yeah" you laugh. You two sit down on the stairs
"You know now that you mention it you kinda have her attitude" Steve says
"Is that a compliment or-"
"What do you think it is ?" He lightly smirks
"I'll say compliment, only because you have loved her" you say "when you love someone you only see the good stuff in them and if there is something bad you make it seem good" you make a point
"Yeah that's right. You know your not as mean as I thought"
"Yeah ? Well you aren't that bad yourself" you hold on to Steves shoulder as you push yourself up, when pregnant it gets hard standing up, bending down and basically doing anything is hard. You get up. Steve also stands up
"I think I'm done for the day" he locks the gym door and gives you the keys as you two walk out.
"So do you live somewhere near here ?" You ask as the both of you stand out side your car
"Yeah I live a few blocks from here" he says
"I also live somewhere there. Get in, I'll drive you" you say
You two get in the car as Steve tells you to stop "I live there" he points at a brown apartment building.
"No way I also live there" you say
You two get out the car and go to your apartment they were side by side.
"See you tomorrow neighbour " Steve says
"Yeah" you answer with a thin smile as you shut the door.
The only thing you kept thinking was how similar Steve and Rob were. They talked, walked, laughed the same way Steve stood up for you like Rob used to Steve also looked like rob a bit.
It was weird but comforting at the same time ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I'm really enjoying writing this story so I might start posting everyday !
