"Y/n Y/l/n. I'm a friend" you say "you can probably check the list with all his friends" you say
"Sorry name isn't here" she says
"Oh" you were bit hurt by the fact your name wasn't on the list.
"But you name is signed as family" he says Your face instantly glowed, with a blushing smile. "Are you family or a partner ?" She asks
"Ye- yes. Yes I am" you smile
"Great then it's room number, B902. There on the left" he points
"Okay thank you" walk to Steve's room exited. You had brought him a 'get well soon' ballon.
You lightly knock on the door then let yourself in.
"Hey you" you say as Steve laid there unconscious. He was covered in bruises, blood and Bandaids. "I thought I'd stop by just to see how you were doing" you sit down next to him. You knew he couldn't here you so you just kept blabbering about stuff. "I'm sure Arnim already spoiled the gender, but I'm having a little girl" you say faking a smile.
It was hard holding back your tears because you really cared about him.
"I'm sorry for all the thing I said to you" you say. Now you have your face in your hand as you cry. "I really feel like all this is my fault. I'm so fucking stupid"

"Hey mind your language" Steve whispers.
You look up at him, now in happy tears "Steve !" You quickly hug him
"Ow ow ow" he says
"Oh sorry" you laugh as you wipe away your tears. "I'm glad your okay" you say
Steve smiles "you can't get rid of me" he says
"I wasn't planning on it" you say as you plant a small kiss on his forehead "I got you this" you give him the ballon.
"Wow what happened to the old Y/n ?" He says "the one who's grumpy all the time" he light laughs
"Oh you want me to be like that again ? I can be a bitch if you want to" he say
"Hey !-" Steve almost yells
"Yes I'm sorry 'lAnGuAge' happy ?" you say making fun of him.
"Yes thank you" Steve smiles "where's Bucky ?"
"Oh fury took him to a lab just for a few tests" you tell him
"Okay good" Steve closes his eyes and tries to relax "you know I was really scared when I heard Arnim had you" Steve admits
"Really ?" You ask surprised but at he same time you knew he was.
"Yeah I wanted to kill him right there" he says

You two hear a knock on the door "Hey am I interrupting something" an unfamiliar guy asks
"Oh no not at all come in Sam" Steve says clearly knowing the guy.
"Perfect timing I was just about to leave" you say holding on to the chair and helping yourself get up. This belly was really starting to affect on every day things. "You guys have fun. And Steve I'll see you on Monday for the meeting" you say bye and walk away. "When will you get home ?"
"Probably today. Im feeling much better" he says as you walk away.
Straight after you close the door you hear Sam ask Steve "damn man !" He says "dang ! She's beautiful" he says
"Yeah I know" Steve says
You blush and walk away.
Now that you were back you decided it was time to set up the nursery.
Wanted to change the room that once was Robs office into a nursery. You could use some help so you called Alexia.
She arrived shortly
"Oh Y/n how are you" she hugs you tight "how was the mission you were gone for two whole months"
"I know, thinks got a bit out of hand but we all made it out safe" you tell her "and my little girl is nice and healthy" you put your hand on your bump
"Oh my god your having a girl ?!" Alexis says exited "when did you find out, today ?" She asks
"No actually on the mission" you explain the whole thing. And what happened in the past two months, cuz there was a lot to say.
"Wait wait wait so your telling me that you and Captain America kissed twice ? And he has a super hot friend with one arm ?"
"Yup basically" you answer as you two were painting the walls in the nursery.
"Y/n I'm really happy that you've finally moved on, your actually laughing and smiling now" Alexia says
"It's good to be back" you say. You two finish the walls then start cleaning up. "Oh my god I completely forgot Steve coming back home from the hospital" you say
"Oh so are you going to meet him ?" Alexia asks with a light smirk.
"Well he's my neighbour" you say
"What !" She says surprised "life a is little unfair you have a hot super shoulder boyfriend who lives right next to you"
"He's not my boyfriend !" You say

"Whatever, say what you want" Alexia rolls her eyes. "I have to go" she adds "see you soon your coming to that meeting on Monday right ?"
You nod
She leaves.
And hour had past and you weren't sure what time Steve would get back home from the hospital, so in your free time you baked your famous brownies for him.
