Majarlika De Luna

“It’s just a cut. Stop frowning.”

Majarlika freed her fourth sigh coming out from her nose and then frowned even more. She examined the hand she was gripping gently and saw to it na wala ng dugo ang umaagos dito.

"Really, Maj? Silent treatment with me? I never thought a single cut could upset you this much," he smirked.

It's now Grale's turn to frown at her. She giggled because of that.

They were taking a walk at the seashore earlier before the guy wounded himself.

After they took their lunch they went back to their respective rooms and planned to meet at four and wait for the sunset.

Majarlika was just wearing a lavender floral dress with a square neckline.

"Do you have an idea how these broken glass got here?"

She was tending to his wound that the guy got himself earlier.

He was laughing his heart out upon sitting the powdered sand.

The wound wasn't that deep. Truly, it's just a small cut.

She lifted up her gaze to Grale who was already staring at her. They were both sitting on the powdered sand just meters away from the water.

"Maybe, it's from the sandbars nearby.

Perhaps, looking for the sandbars she was pertaining to.

"Have you been to one?"

"Sa mga sandbars?" She made sure.

Grale nodded as an answer.

Umiling siya. "It's loud and too crowded. Hindi ako sanay. Ikaw ba?"

"With my friends. Everytime we travel to Boracay or to Palawan," he nodded.

"Mga artista rin?"

"Yung iba lang. Like Dean and Migs," he said. "Do you know them?"

She nodded in response. Those two names are also known in the industry.

She asked as she began covering the wound on his right palm.

"Yep. Her name's Cathy. They've been peacefully dating for almost four years," Grale answered.

"Thanks," he murmured and took a look at his palm.
