I dashed to the front door where the witch is standing at the other side of it. Before opening the door, I took  a deep breath and adjusted my hair and welcomed the old witch with a presentable small fake smile.

"Oh. come-"

"Why is it so late to open the door?" ha well look who we have here. The one and only interrogative aunt who every Desi has. The one who can spill the secret which has been hiding. These aunt's should be working for some agencies so that they don't nag or scold us.

'I was trying to hude someone in my room so that I dont get extra special torture from you' I mentally thought.

"I was in the shower. Just came back from work which arose suddenly."

"Bring two chairs, we both will sit here by the doorway and chat for a while." I could sense the sarcasm dripping from her mouth. First of all you're the one who didn't let me speak and then you literally try to still make the atmosphere more lazy and moody by making some bad jokes.

I rolled my eyes, opening the door widely.

As soon as she came inside, removing her footwear at the doorstep, I found a pair of timberlands laying there at the doorway. My eyes immediately widened and stood beside them covering them, so that they wouldn't be in the sight of my overly suspicious aunt.

"Aren't you coming in?" she turned around looking at me while entering inside.

"I'm coming." This is my house! I pressed a fake smile on my lips. As soon as she turned around, I quickly put his timberlands into the closed shoe rack which is beside the door and went in like nothing happened.

"So from now on, don't let the door open for some strangers." she started her lecture from 'why you opened the door so late' to 'don't open the door to the stranger.'

"Oh by the way, when are you going back?"

"I don't know, maybe so-" my words stopped when I heard a thud sound from my room. What is he doing now?? Is he okay? I hope so. I don't want him to be too uncomfortable hiding in my closet.

"Is it your bunny?" a voice stopped my train of thoughts.

"A-ah yes! I-It's my b-bunny." I passed a nervous smile to her.

Bunny.

bunny form.

Human.

Sleeping beside me.

Watched me change-

I shook my head disrupting my thoughts.

"The last time I came, he was this close to biting me."

"Hahaha. Do you want some tea? Let me bring it." I stood up from the sofa walking to the kitchen nodding when I heard my aunt excusing herself to go to the washroom.

I decided to check on him after putting some tea on the stove. Walking back to my room, I opened the closet door only to see him panicking sitting down with his hand on his chest area.

I squatted down to his height asking him. "Are you okay? It's just me. Did you get any hurt?"

He shook his head as no, as a relieving expression dropped onto his face.

"Good to know. I heard some sound and came to check up on you." I smiled.

"I guess you should go back. Your aunt must be waiting for you."

"She's using the wash-" "do you have anything to ask me?" I guess he noticed my expression. I really want to ask him. So that I could get out of all the tension building up in my head.
