The Bard and the Guard (Golden Guard x Reader)

~chapter two~

(y/n pov) 

It has been weeks since Luz has stayed in the demon realm she has learned how to make light and grow ice pedestals.  It was her first day of school.  mom dropped her after while I slept in.  I woke up two hours after mom had dropped off luz. 

"Welp I'm bored without Luz,"  I said laying on my back making everything look upside down.  I looked around for something to do when my eyes landed on my violin.  I sat up grabbed my violin case and started heading downstairs.  When I got to the door hooty stopped me asking where I was going.  "out in the woods to play" I responded showing my violin to him.  

*time skip to being in the woods* 

I pulled out the brown violin tuning the strings till they were perfect. I put him on my shoulder.  I had gotten him when I was 5 and named him "Louis" 

Leafs and twigs started circling me covered with a gold blanket.  I know if I were to join a coven it would be the bard.  With my skill, I could probably make top ranks.  I was strong cause of all the years of mom teaching me.  I could do other magic but I always preferred using my violin.  When I was done the leaves and twigs had fallen. I saw animals had come around me.  I started walking back to the house.  when I got there no one was home.  So I again got bored and started getting into things I probably wouldn't have.  I ended up in mom's room.  I found a note in her dresser.  "what's this, it looks old" I said.  Opening it up it reads 

"If anyone finds thing letter the emperor's coven is coming for me. I can't let them have my baby. Their name is (y/n) they were born (birthday). I know life on the run will be bad for a developing child so I'm leaving them here. My only hope is that they grow up to become a strong witch. I love them, I'll find them one day that a promise. love"

'w-what is this ' I thought.  My mom isn't really my biological mother.  I started to cry 

"she lied to me about being my birth mother...what else did she lie about" 

(Eda's pov) 

I got home and heard crying from my room.  I ran up there Luz is home early or...that's (y/n).  I saw (y/n) crying I looked around and saw the letter that was with (y/n) when I found- oh no.  (y/n) looked up at me with anger and sadness.  "HOW COULD YOU LIE TO ME!" (y/n) scream.  They looked so hurt.  I just stayed quiet looking at them and (y/n) ran past me.  "KID!" I ran after them but any and everything from their room was gone.  I ran around the rest of the house I found a note saying 

"I need some time to think about this all and I don't know if I'll be coming back soon but if you come looking for me I'll disappear forever.  I still love you and say goodbye to Luz and King for me when they come back from the first day of school. from~(y/n)" 

"what have I done," I said

I'm sorry for this being so short but I thought about this idea in school so I wanted to write it down asap also I skipped around some episodes for time and our boy hunter doesn't come in till season two so he might not be in the first couple of chapters...
