Chapter 23

I asked myself how would I be able to enjoy Bangkok if Heikenz has a job and that I would end up staying alone at his home, but to what we've agreed last night, isasama niya ako sa mga tour trips niya and I hope the people he would be going with wouldn't mind my presence there.

This would also run for a week. Ang sabi ko pa sa kanya kung hindi ba siya napapagod dahil nga parang walang pahinga iyong mga ginagawa niya, but it doesn't seem to bother him. If it's gonna make him survive for the next few weeks, he'll do it. Bilib din ako kay Heikenz and he was just doing it all for the sake of pursuing his dreams.

Wala man akong ideya kung ano ba talaga gusto niyang mangyari sa buhay, but he's not the type of person who would just give up everything he worked so hard for. Nakikita ko naman sa kanya 'yon and I'm happy that he's happy. Iyon naman ang mahalaga.

"Are they coming yet?" tanong ko kay Heikenz.

He shrugged off. "I think so... I've already messaged them we're here so I guess they'll be here in any minute."

"Kinakabahan ako ng slight, ha? Baka may sabihin sila kung bakit mo ako kasama."

Heikenz smirked, shaking his head. "I don't think they will. They seemed lovely when I've got to talk to them earlier so I guess they're good. And don't be afraid, I'm with you and if they don't like you, then it's not your fault. We don't please people to like us. And this is for a job and nothing more."

That's some kind of satisfying to hear though. Hinawakan niya pa ang kamay ko just to know that I shouldn't worry about anything. That secured something. Hindi ko alam kung anong panghahawakan ko ba talaga kung bakit ako nag-stay rito sa Bangkok, after my conversation with Mareng Cely, it enlightened me up somehow, but I've also got to realize that I shouldn't be overthinking about this.

I should trust Heikenz. If he told me that they're just friends and all, they are. Saka ano pa nga ba ako? Heikenz and I are just friends... maybe for now, or we'll never know when that would change.

They've all got muscle at sila talaga 'yong mga tipo na bet kong ma-serve-an sa eroplano.

Then I ignored these hunky foreigners to look further to the people we've been waiting, but then these three hunky foreigners stopped right in front of us, greeting us with their beautiful, impeccable smile.

"I know I'm right you're Andrew."

"Yes... I am..." "Shit! Franklin!"

"Oh, yes!" He laughed. "It's me! I thought you forget about me already!" "I totally remember you. You're one of Devin's wife's silly friends."

"You're right, buti naman natatandaan mo pa ako. Ay, oo nga pala. Hindi mo ako naiintindihan sa sinasabi ko. Anyway, I'm glad to see you here in Bangkok!"
