The house was filled with guests, workers who were doing the last min work, the elders were busy with the preparation of shagun ki mehendi which was to be applied to Nandini. Amaya and Preethi were supervising all the other works so that not a single thing is missed. The house was screaming happiness and excitement.

Chachi-" Neha, puttar yeh mehendi alag se rakh de tu bhagwaan ke ghar mein, Nandini ko pehle yahi mehendi lagegi shagun ki phir woh cone wali, acha mehendi wali kabtak aayegi?"
Neha-" Chaachi who maine abhi call kiya tha usko she said she will come with her team around 1pm, theek hai na yaa aur jaldi bulau?" Neha took the bowl from chachi's hand and asked her.
Chachi-" Nahi, theek hai yeh time. Tum sab bhi ready ho jaao jaldi unn dono ladkiyon ko bhi bolo sab taiyaari ho gayi hai aur daudne ki zaroorat nahi hai, aur Nandini ko bhi dekh lena agar usse kuch chahiye ho toh."
Neha-" Nandini ke saath NanJu aur Sumi hai upar and the beautician has come to make her ready aap tension naa lo ham sab ready ho jayenge."
At the same time Cabir came from back and hugged Chachi scaring her a bit.
Chachi- "haye rabba!!! Cabirrr... tum kabhi bhi shaanti se nahi aa sakte?"
Cabir-" Aa jaata Chachi jaan par phir woh Cabira entry naa hoti na *winks* khair, aap sabko ready hone bol rahe ho par don't forget to get ready yourself. Aap toh Manik ki Kajol ho and you have to look the best. Manik Nandini se pehle aapko dekhke ghaayal hona chahiye." He teased Chachi while she in return pulled his ears for talking all this and Neha just laughed hearing him. Cabir flirting like this was very rare to watch that too with Chachi.
Chachi-" Tu meri tension naa le, aur waise bhi Manik yaa koi bhi ladka yahan nahi rahenge aaj. yeh ladies function hai tum ladkon ka koi kaam nahi hai. Manik ko thodi se shagun ki mehendi lagani hai woh main laga dungi Malhotra mansion aake, till then you all stay there only. Cabir yeh teri zimmedaari hai ki Manik yahan naa aaye, sambhal tu apne bhai ko. Ab hatt pare mennu bohot kaam hai." She moved Cabir aside and went to look after other arrangements while Cabir now had glitter in his eyes.
Cabir-" Ab aayega na mazza."

The boys were at Malhotra mansion when Cabir came inside with a bang and slumped on the bed like a log.
Manik-" Tu kya kar raha hai yahan? Murthy house gaya tha na wahi rukta ham aa hi rahe the." Manik told him looking through the mirror as he was busy setting his hair.
Cabir-" Aap kyun taiyaar ho rahe hai janab? Ham kahin nahi jaa rahe." He spoke surfing through his phone knowing well that Manik would be making a confused face.
Manik-" Abe gajani, aaj mehendi hai meri aur Nandini ki jo Murthy house mein hogi toh ofcourse I will go." He slapped him on his head with a pillow. That is when all the other guys also came all ready.
