IZUKU'S POV:
Aizawa - sensei walked into the dorms telling us that kacchan will be back today, i can't help but worry about him.

'He's coming now' As soon as sensei finishes, Kacchan walks up the Dormitory steps Using uncle for support since he can barely walk. As well as him looking really tired, sick and pale. Almost everyone is shocked about the state he is in. I start to tear up and I run towards him

"k-kacchan are you okay?"

I heard aunty tell me that Kacchan will be just fine but I don't believe her, and i'm not even sure if she believes herself.

'U-um is he ok'

even sensei was worried

'Yeah he'll just need to rest some more and stay warm that's all'  even though she said it was confident you could tell there's a lot of worry and understand to you behind her words

' I-i'll be fine you e-extras'  he says in a voice so fate it doesn't even sound like the real kacchan we all know and love as well as him shivering violently.

' y-you  don't look fine bro'

'  what exactly do you have Bakubro this doesn't look like some normal cold' 

I watched as auntie and uncle look at each other and then look at kacchan  saying he will have to explain when he is ready I'm really worried for him and hearing this just makes me even more concerned  because if  auntie is worried about catching then there must be something wrong especially if she's showing it in front of other people

' well I wanna lay down I'm I'm c-cold'   he says

' alright then katsuki'  and with that they proceed to bring him to a store room they help them lay down and then put on his heaters and they leave but everyone in the class including aizawa - sensei is very concerned especially me.

I told them I'm going to go on kacchan  and then asked me to tell them how he's doing but I then agreed to. i go to his dorm and not and when  there is no reply I walked into the room to see him on the floor cold into a ball violently shivering

' oh god kacchan'  I shut the door behind me and rushed to his side I placed a hand on his shoulder and I can feel how cold is even through his thick wooly hoodie. 

I picked him up and put him on the bed.  I see him wake up to see him mumbling over and over again  the word cold. 

I start to analyse his movements just to realise how much she is suffering 80 forms into the corner of my eyes I don't know what I was supposed to do that point especially since a  we could go I told him that I hate him but either way I tried I get onto the covers and hold kacchan up close to me. I see him Flinch even though he's half asleep and hugging me whilst he has his head in my chest

'w-warm'  even though I can't see him smile I can definitely feel it.

He jolts awake After realising what has happened so I decided to ask him what was wrong

"What's wrong kacchan?"

' I-I can't  you don't want to do this i c-can't be selfish y-you can l-leave i'll be f-fine'

"kacchan" I placed my hand on his cheek.'' Something is Obviously going on... please just tell me... I want to help you. I hate seeing you like this"  
I say as a tear rolls down my face

"I-I love you Alright!!!!"

BAKUGO'S POV:
'What's wrong kacchan?'

"I-I can't  you don't want to do this i c-can't be selfish y-you can l-leave . I'll be f-fine'

"kacchan" He placed my hand on my cheek.

'Something is Obviously going on... please just tell me... I want to help you. I hate seeing you like this"  

He said as an obvious tear rolled down his face

"I-I love you Alright!!!!"

I was shocked by what i had just heard Izuku yelling but before i knew it i also had tears streaming down my face  without even being able to have a chance of fighting them away

"I-I LOVE YOU TOO IZUKU" I hug him tightly never wanting to let him go incase i make the same stupid mistake as last time and loose him once again.

I started to think he was playing with my feelings which I knew i deserved until he hugged me back.

IZUKU'S POV:
I lightly caressed Kacchan's cheek causing a deep blush to form across his face

"C-can you tell me what's wrong puppy..?" I watch him blush hardcore at the nickname.

  I bring kacchan in between  my legs, hugging him tightly from behind. I finally heard him speak up.

' I-I have a condition...' I was honestly slightly worried as I could see he had been suffering lately so I knew it wouldn't be something simple.

"What condition?"

'I'M UNABLE TO FEEL WARMTH'
