Hold me -Draco

As you finished curling your hair, you grabbed your mascara to finally finish your look for the day
You applied it carefully on you beautiful eyelashes when Draco walked in your dorm with no expression on his face
Y/n: hey Draco
Y/n: you ok?
He walked over to the wall and punched it creating a dent then putting his forehead up to it and began quietly sobbing
That's when you knew it was bad
Draco has never cried in front of you
He sometimes would have tears running down his eyes which I guess counts as crying but he never actually make it seem like he was crying
You walked over to him and tapped his shoulder
Y/n: Draco
Y/n: come here puppy
He turned around and looked at the floor
D: I'm sorry
D: I don't mean to be like this
D: so selfish but...
D: I need you
He barely whispered that last sentence
D: I need you to hold me in your arms darling
D: You know I don't like showing this side of me but it was really bad this time...
D: I feel so useless
D: so... weak
D: I feel like nobody but you cares for me
D: and even then I feel like you're too good to be true
D: I don't think I'm capable of being loved because...
D: well because I always f*ck it up
D: every time someone remotely good happens in my life I always happen to mess it up no matter how hard I try not to
D: and it's just so hard...
D: and I came here thinking you could help me feel better
D: because you always do
D: you're my comfort darling
D: I need your embrace cause idk what would happen if you weren't here rn
He picked his head up to look at you but you walked away from him
He quietly gasped when you left and looked down again with more tears falling out
His heart was absolutely shattered at how you just walked away from him when he poured out his feelings to you
This was the most he had ever told anyone about his feelings
"She left me.... Like everyone else did" he thought "the one good thing I had going on for myself and I f*cked it up again"
"You're f*cking pathetic Draco" he heard his father say over and over in his head
His lip quivered and his vision went blurry from all the tears
He was about to start heading for the door when you gently picked his head up and wiped away his tears with a tissue from the tissue box you went to get
Y/n: there we go
Y/n: you're so strong Draco
Y/n: and I'm proud of you, you know
D: r- really?
Y/n: yeah
He practically collapsed into your arms and wept
Y/n: shhhh let it out
Y/n: I'm here for you
You rubbed his back back and forth and occasionally drew shapes on his shoulders with your fingers like he would do to you
Y/n: You're my inspiration you know that?
Y/n: you've been through so much and yet you're still here
Y/n: not many people are capable of that
Y/n: I don't know if I could do that myself
Y/n: and yet here you are
Y/n: still going strong
He shook his head
D: I'm not strong
D: look at me
D: crying in your arms like a wimp
D: It's supposed to be the other way around
D: and yet here I am because I couldn't just suck it up this time
You put both hands on his head and put it up to your eye level
Y/n: Draco look at me
He still wouldn't make eye contact with you so you tapped his cheek until he looked at you
Y/n: listen it takes a lot of strength and courage to hide your emotions
Y/n: but it takes even more to show them
Y/n: and I'm so thankful that you decided to show yourself like this to me
Y/n: it shows you really are strong
Y/n: know that I love you so much
Y/n: and that we're gonna get through this together ok?
He just looked at you
Y/n: now let's cuddle yeah?
D: mhm
You led him to your bed and laid down and he laid down next to you
Y/n: did you know that I love you?
Y/n: more than anything
D: but- but why?
Y/n: what do you mean why?
D: I'm worthless
D: I'm not worth anyone's time
D: or love
Y/n: what makes you think that?
D: that's what I've been told
D: I'm sorry
Y/n: you're apologizing for that?
D: well I'm sorry for taking your time
D: plus I'm not a baby anymore
D: I shouldn't be crying

D: my father
Y/n: don't listen to him

Y/n: it's a natural thing

He kissed your cheek
Y/n: you're such a sweet guy
Y/n: super handsome

D: thank you
He hugged you tighter
D: you're the best you know?
Y/n: why thank you
D: I love you so so much
D: I won't let anyone hurt you
Y/n: I love you too Draco
D: before I met you...
D: I thought love wasn't real
D: I thought I wasn't capable of love
D: but darling when I'm with you...
D: love doesn't seem so... bad

You kissed his head
D: can you hold me tighter please?
D: I really need this
Y/n: of course
You held him tighter and played with his hair
D: tighter tighter tighter
D: I feel so safe in your arms
You held him as tight as your could while still letting him breathe
D: I hope I can repay you
Y/n: for?
D: being here
D: dealing with me
Y/n: you don't need to repay me
Y/n: Draco everyone needs someone to be there for them
Y/n: and here I am
D: I don't know what I would do without you
D: there are no words that can describe how much I love you
D: you're my world
D: I'd give you the stars if I could
He dug his face in the crook of your neck and shortly started quietly snoring
You gave him a kiss on the head and closed your eyes to fall asleep as well
Just as you were dozing off, Draco started thrashing around still asleep
He whimpered here and there but you held him tighter and he calmed down
Y/n: It's ok
Y/n: you're safe my love
Draco snaked his arms around your waist and sighed
Y/n: nobody can hurt us Draco
Y/n: you keep sleeping ok?
Y/n: I love you so much
He looked up at you with sleepy eyes
D: I love you more
He stretched his neck up to hive you a kiss on the chin then nuzzled back into you
