Main idea: It's very stressful being an aware sans. Constant bickering between the good side and the bad side, random skeletons who are apparently very important jumping at you from left and right...it's hectic. It puts a strain on both the Stars and the Moons.
It is a well known fact that there are four weeks in a year where all is peaceful. Of course, both sides aren't exactly friendly, but there are no fights, no destruction, and no creation during the period. Many Sanses make it a point to schedule any kind of vacation during that time.
King Multiverse as well as the other deities are getting annoyed by the fighting, so they force the Stars, the Moons, and some others on a road trip to the beach. I wonder what will happen...
