After making it into the city Tatsumi was able to get a good look at the landscape. He noticed that the entire city was built around one building in the middle.
Tatsumi: Well then, I should start looking for directions from somewhere.
Tatsumi put on a blue hoodie and headed out for the city. He was optimistic about the whole thing for a short while until he noticed that the whole city was built on dirt, scrap, and struggle. The people looked done with life and dead inside. In some ways it was similar to the Empire, which was the last thing he needed right now. He decided to stop by a lemon stand where he'd then decide on whether or not he wanted to stay or leave.
Tatsumi: Never did like eating these with the skin on.
He fells his stomach rumble.
Tatsumi: You make a great argument stomach.
He took a bite of his lemon, ignoring the sourness of it, before a bunch of mischievous looking kids bumped into. He watched as they quickly ran off snickering to themselves.
Tatsumi: I just got robbed, didn't I?
He then checked his pockets and noticed that he no longer had his wallet.
Tatsumi: Yup definitely got robbed... Dammit! I just got here, and I've already got people stealing from me. I'm starting to think I have rotten luck when I go to new places.
After checking for anything else that may have been stolen Tatsumi cracked his knuckles.
Tatsumi: I'd say it's about time I teach those punks a lesson.
He followed the kids through the slums until he saw a girl with short black hair with a red streak going down the side, stopping the boys.
Girl: Stealing half-eaten food huh? Are you that desperate for your first kiss?
Boy: Shut up! I've already had my first kiss!

Girl: Suuuuuure.
The boy growls insulted at his own lack of a sex life.
Boy: You've angered the lighting Mataro! Hand over your wallet and we may just let you go!
The boy then gets his friends to try to gang up on the girl. Tatsumi gets ready to jump in but before he can the girl knocks all of his friends clean out.
Tatsumi: Damn, she's pretty tough. They were just a gang of brats though.
