Kawakami was standing in front of the group, about to ask them about what in the hell just happened. She asked to go somewhere different to avoid gaining the suspicions of the rest of the students there. Ren nods as they make their way inside the school to talk more. After they get inside, Kawakami notices Tatsumi, Mako and Ryuko. She didn't expect them to be following her.

Kawakami: Didn't I tell you to stay back with the rest?

Tatsumi: Sorry ma'am. But we were fighting with these guys.

Kawakami: Fighting with them? [She looks around before whispering] Are you all "with" these guys?

Tatsumi: Nah, we're only working with them temporarily. After this we're going to head out of Japan.

Ryuko: Yup, we're going on a worldwide adventure. Well, me and Tatsumi are going, Mako is going to study to become a real doctor.

Ren: That's a shame, I could really use people like you.

Makoto: If you don't mind me asking, where are you going to go?

Ryuko: First we planned to stop by the Imperial Empire. Tatsumi wanted to visit someone important to him, we'll continue on from there.

Haru: The Empire huh? Is it true that it got changed up by the revolutionary army?

Tatsumi: Yeah. It should be a much better place to live, well minus the danger beasts but there are dangerous animals in all kinds of places.

Ryuko: If I can remember, you said one was literally named the earth dragon.

Tatsumi: ...Okay, we have much more dangerous beasts, but still.

Ren: Sounds like a pretty lively place.

Futaba: I don't know, a few months ago there was a notorious burglar in the place, but she seems to be off the grid at this point. They only seemed to target rich people though.

Ryuko: So, you have a Peter Pan over there now?

Ren: Peter Pan? I like the sound of that.

Tatsumi: Looks like they took care of it already, I doubt something like a thief would be too much for them to handle.

Ren: Don't underestimate us thieves, you never know what you're getting out of us.

Tatsumi: Well, I doubt that thieves have magical freakin' ghost demons they can summon out of nowhere. And even if they did, I have a lot of faith in those guys. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be the man I am today.

Ryuji: If you're this strong then the people over there must be no joke.

Ryuko: Uh, yeah I think he's a bit stronger than those guys... No offense.

Makoto: That's where the person you call "boss" is right?

Tatsumi: Yup, I haven't seen her in a while, and I told her that I'd be back soon. I'm also looking for someone important to me and the Empire is probably going to be the only place I can get info about where she is.

Ryuko: Anyway, we should get going, it's looking like it's going to be a long day.

Kawakami: But where are the students going to go? They have no idea where their parents are either, what'll happen to them?

No one really had an answer to that question at first. It took some thinking but eventually Makoto got an idea.

Makoto: Mako said that the shadows left the area after we beat Kamoshida right?
