A day after they were chased by the man with the mohawk, Ryuko and Tatsumi were now at Mikisugi's house interrogating him for information.
Ryuko: *With scissor blade pointed at Mikisugi* I'm getting the feeling that we're getting played here. So unless you want me to cut you I suggest that you tell us exactly what the deal is between you and Mr.Mohawk.
Mikisugi: I-I have no idea what you're talking about.
Tatsumi: Oh really? Well *pulls out a photo of Mikisugi and Mohawk guy sitting in a bar, sharing drinks* these pictures are telling me otherwise. Looks like you and Mohawk man have some history together so start talking.
Mikisugi: How did you get those?
Tatsumi: Pretty simple really. After Mohawk man attacked us I asked Mataro to do some digging since he's connected to this place, and its people so it didn't take long to get this. It also helps that he just so happens to use therapeutic needles as weapons and the only other person who I've seen use those needles is you Mikisugi.
Ryuko: I'm giving you five seconds to tell me what the hell you guys are up to or else.
Mikisugi quickly switches to his exhibitionist personality, in an attempt to make everyone in the room as uncomfortable as possible.
Mikisugi: His goal was to make the bond between you and Senketsu even stronger. His name is Tsumugu Kinagase and yes the two of us are working together, and now you two stood up to him like a champ and now you *He flashes one nipple* and Senketsu *He flashes the other nipple* are true partners! *His nipples start glowing a bright pink.*
Tatsumi: *Whispering to Ryuko* What the hell is going on with his nipples.
Ryuko *Whispering back* How am I supposed to know?
Mikisugi: *Leaning towards the duo* Now that Satsuki Kiiyuin has a Kamui. We'd thought it'd be best to put you guys to the test. That includes you Tatsumi, we needed to gauge just how strong you were.
Ryuko: *Hits him with the blunt edge of her scissor blade for getting too close* So you were lyin' to me.
Tatsumi: Yeah you expect me to fall for that "Just a test" bs, anyone could tell that he wanted Senketsu dead and if I remember correctly you needed him to fight Satsuki. So quit lying and tell us who you are! What the hell are life fibers! What was Ryuko's dad researching!
Mikisugi: Funny you should ask Tatsumi because I was thinking about asking you to join us.
Tatsumi: Join what exactly?
