"Hey, how are you feeling?" I asked Ced. Cedric was in deep pain after I told him about Amanda.
When I was in the cleansing ritual. I was sent to the moon, I could view the world. There, I met my grandfather who was a frail god. He had limited powers due to his captivity. I had to witness the death of two of my friends. I had wished to help them but I couldn't.
"I miss her," Cedric cried. I hugged him," I miss her, too," I said. He let out a cry. He must have regretted coming here with me.
"I am sorry about Kanako," Cedric apologized. "I lost two close friends. Here, I am in this place waiting to try again," I explained my anger and frustration.
My first attempt failed. I couldn't get this curse removed. So, here I am again, waiting to try again in 10 slow hours.
"Hey, I know you both may not want to eat. But you must eat some protein," Elijah came inside the room with two plates.
"Did Day leave?" I asked after he viewed from the moon the danger Ana was in.
"He left last night. He should have arrived at home," Eli informed. I wasn't aware of Damon's late-night departure to home. Ced and I was in the down zone grieving for Amanda.
"Now eat, before I feed you like a child," Eli said before reminding me of how he fed me as a child.
"Oh. Not the choo choo Express Train," I grabbed my plate. I don't want my brother to treat me like a toddler. How embarrassing! ______________________________
Oliver POV
Great Hall
"You didn't sleep last night?" Percy noticed my exhausted expression. "No," I couldn't sleep. The sudden change of weather last night had gotten me chills. The feeling that something big is coming, perhaps... could it be... No! No one knows where Nyx is. Y/n must be fine, Star Mount should be safe for her.
"You should eat Oliver or else Katie said she would get Flint to feed you," Angelina said causing my friends to chuckle. I looked at Flint, who already heard what Angelina said. "NO, bloody way, I'd rather have a mandrake bite me," Flint refused. I lifted my cup to him," I'd rather eat Abeforth cooking than have Flint feed me," I said.
"By the way, Wood. Can't wait to see your face when Slytherin takes the Quidditch cup," Flint smirked.
"I wouldn't be too confident, Flint," I remarked. Then, the owls arrived. Some owls landed safely to deliver the carried mail, and others dropped the carried mail, like my owl who delivered a letter and a newspaper. However, Percy's owl struggled to land and landed on top of Ron's cereal.
"Uh!" Ron, Harry, Neville, Seamus, and Hermione noticed milk spilled all over them.
"Every time," Percy shook his head before reaching for the mail their parents sent. I put away the letter from my parent in my pocket to open it later in private. I opened the newspaper of the Daily Prophet's new headline.
