Have you ever been put in a position where your heart knows what it wants but your mind is telling you something else and you don't know which one to follow? You end up having a silent battle between your mind and heart, in the end, theirs no champ and it's all a stalemate. Sliced between love and fondness.
After talking to Carl we both decided to enjoy the scenery and time at the beach. Since he had told me that I didn't have to respond, I didn't say anything after the talk. He left me thinking but I decided to enjoy my now and focus on the matter later on.
I was having so much fun. Leo joined us an hour later. He rationalized that he had something to take care of with his mum.
We concluded on playing volleyball on the shore and I'm pretty good at it. We allotted ourselves into teams of two. I was the leader of my team and Blake was the leader of hers. I had Carl and Leo on my team while Blake had Riley and Chelsea on hers.

We played a couple of times and of course, my team won. when I asserted that I was pretty good at volleyball I wasn't joking. We played a tandem with other pastimes after that.
