Choice Kou

You decided to run to the Minamoto Residence, and that the only person that could calm you down was Kou.

You prayed that it wasn't too late at night and that he would answer the door. 

You knocked, hoping not to wake anyone but that someone was awake. Kou then opened the door.

“Wh- Y/n? What are you doing at this hour- hey what's wrong?? You know what gets in the house! It's cold out there!” Kou stepped to the side, inviting you in. You stepped into the house and he closed the door behind you. 

“I was just about to make some tea (If you don't like tea, just imagine it as a hot beverage).. Would you like some?” Kou questioned, you nodded and watched as Kou started the kettle. 

“So.. what happened?” Kou asked, his eyes soft and his voice calm. You love that about him, how he can be good at comforting, good at calming people down. 

“I.. Teru was right.. About.. Akira… you both were..” You got more tears than before and explained everything. As you finished talking Kou’s eyes widened and he hugged you tight. 

“I’m sorry that happened to you.. You don't deserve someone like that.. You deserve better..” Kou stated. You cried into his shoulder. Thinking of all the adventures you went on with him, all the times he’s been there for you, after everything he’s always been there for you. Kou remembered the tea and took it off the stove. He then poured it in two cups, then handed you one of them. You drank the beverage in silence. 

Kou POV

Y/n looks so pretty.. How can someone ever hurt her?? Why would someone want to hurt her.. 

I looked at her. Y/n’s personality is so.. Interesting.. And amazing so.. So amazing.. I look at Y/n, admiring everything about her.

“How could someone just hurt you like that.. I don't get it..” I look at Y/n with a sad look on my face. She shakes her head. 

“It’s my fault. I didn't listen to you or Teru.” She stated, looking down. 

We both finished our drinks and I cleaned the dishes. 

“I really need somewhere to stay.. Please..” Y/n looked at me, as if pleading. I nodded my head with a smile. 

“Of course you can stay!” I exclaimed, she smiled, looking a little cheered up.

You sat on the edge of the bed. Kou is so nice… he even let me borrow some pajamas.. You thought with a small smile.  Kou came into the room with some blankets. 

“Here, if you get too cold.. If you need anything.. Just call me over okay?” Kou said, you nodded. 

“Thank you..” You responded quietly. Kou just kept looking at you and scratched the back of his neck.
“Y-you know.. Y/n.. you're a really nice person.. And.. and um..” he was stuttering something out but couldn't form words, “And.. I love you..” His face was tomato red. 

Your face all of a sudden felt warm and you hugged him. 

“I.. I like you too..” Kou then lifted your chin up, and gave you a kiss. 

You kissed back, enjoying every moment of it. 

This is it.
You’re staying in this world for Kou.
for your friends.
Not like you had much of a chance of leaving this world in the first place.

Congratulations!  That's your ending.. Did you like it? I’m sorry if you didn't.. Well it was your choice!

It may lead to something just as bad, so please, be safe, and try to think about what you do, try to think about what you say! Think things through! And if the Holy Spirit is trying to tell you not to do something, you should listen!
