Chapter 9: 3D Maneuver training

Y/n Pov-

We were all getting out from the mess hall, heading towards these big beams. Which I'm guessing it's for the 3d gear training

I was walking until I spotted Mikasa with short hair. I walked towards her and tapped her shoulder

Y/n: Hey Mikasa

Mikasa turned around and spoke

Mikasa: Hi Y/n

Y/n: You look good with short hair

I said with a small smile. Making Mikasa slightly blush

Mikasa: Thank you

Shadis: Alright brats today we will be doing the 3d maneuver training, whoever doesn't pass will be sent to the fields. First ones up is Leonhart,
L/n, Wagner, Ackerman!

We walked up to where we were supposed to stand then we buckled up

Shadis: Are you ready Cadets?!

All 4: Sir!

They lifted us up, and it felt so simple.

After us 4 passed, then others went. Until it was Erens turn

Shadis: What are you doing Cadet Yeagar?!

I looked towards Eren and he was...upside down

Y/n: Really Eren

I said facepalming

After everyone left we stayed to try and help Eren.

I was just sitting on the ground looking at Eren trying to listen carefully

Armin: Just keep your balance in the center

Eren: Okay okay, what about you Y/n? Do you have something that can help me?

Y/n: Uhh...no, maybe just concentrate on just balancing more

He nodded. Then Armin started to lift him up and than thud was all I heard

Y/n: Idiot

Mikasa came and slapped the top of my head

Mikasa: Help us take him to the infirmary

Y/n: Well you could've asked instead of hitting me on the head

I got up, then went to help them.

We were all at the Mess hall, eating.

Cadet 74: Wasn't he the one who kept blabbing yesterday and now he isn't saying anything

They kept talking about Eren and him not passing.

I stood up then spoke

Y/n: Oh will you all just shut the hell up already?!

It then went silent

After we ate, me, Eren, and Armin went to ask if they could help Eren pass but the refused.

Connie suggested to go ask Reiner and Berthold or was it burrito? Well who cares

We walked towards their Barrack and entered. Then we saw 2 trainees at the corner in the top bunk.

???: What brings you here?

Armin: Eren needs help to pass the training tomorrow. Can you help?

We sat up on the top bunk

Then the blonde spoke

???: Sorry but we can't help.
