(A)'s party was given a task to go find out about the odd noises that come from the old (place), they wait there for a few hours until night time, surprise surprise, the noises start (what they are is up to you). They search for a while and, come across (B), wether they're just a squatter or an actual ghost is up to you, but either way, it's clear they mean no harm to anyone
