Based off of the show above, and if the media actually shows the trailer this time it's based off of 'Komi can't communicate'.
The show is from (B)'s perspective, a new student, and (A)'s first friend. (A) is a person who's far too socially awkward for their own good, and that is commonly mistaken for them just being 'stoic and cool'. When they start talking, (B) learns that (A)'s goal is to make 100 friends, and basically makes it their sworn goal to aid them in that endeavour. It can pretty much be anything you want, it's just overall supposed to be a really fluffy kind of chapter.
