Chainsaw Hero Arc 2 - Chapter 4: Blame Game

Something I forgot to mention! (Unless I already did)

Each member of the HVE has also armed with a Glock-17 in case their quirks aren't combative or if they are still training with their quirks, they can still be armed with certain weapons, like Kaminari's knives that were mentioned a few chapters ago.

Within the hospital, Izuku and Kaminari we're waiting for the rest of their team to show up as well as the family of Ingenium.

Kaminari still had blood on his hands and on his clothes. He looked at his hands and still couldn't believe what had happened in just a few hours. He had a run-in with the Hero Killer and lived but he had failed to capture him and save Ingenium. He had let a person die. Kaminari still looked at his bloody hands and they slowly began to shake.

'Why am I still so weak?' Kaminari asked himself

"Captain! Kaminari!"

Izuku and Kaminari turned their heads to the left and saw their team rushing at them. Ibarra rushed to her partner and her eyes widened when she saw the blood on his suit, as did Yo and Tatami. When Ibarra reached her partner, she looked over him with worry as the others stood by.

"Oh my god! Are you ok Kaminari!? Where are you bleeding!?" Ibarra asked as she looked him over, like a mother over an injured child

"I-I'm fine, I'm fine," He told her as he tried to calm her down, "It... it's not my blood," he told them

Ibarra calmed down and nodded, silently thanking whatever god that protected Kaminari,

Yo turned to him, "What the hell happened out there!?" Yo asked with a bewildered expression

Kaminari looked over to Yo and a sad expression graced Kaminari's features, "I had a run-in with Stain" Kaminari told them

"And you let him get away!?" Yo cried angrily

"I-"

Yo's bewildered expression turned into anger, "You let him get away! did you even try to stop him!?" Yo cried

"Yo!" Tatami cried "Ingenium was injured, he needed to make sure Ingenium was ok first!" Tatami cried

"Yeah and look where that got us!" Yo cried "Stain's gone in the wind and Ingenium is dead!"

"So you're blaming me!?" Kaminari asked, his expression and tone now becoming angry

Yo nodded, "You're goddamn right!" Yo told him

They both charged at each other, intending to fight, while Ibarra and Tatami tried to hold them back and separate them, Izuku then got in between the two of them and pushed them apart. Kaminari stopped trying to charge at Yo and Yo did the same

"That's enough!" Izuku cried out "This is getting us nowhere!"

Yo looked at Izuku and just turned around and walked away in a huff, Kaminari looked to the ground in disappointment.
