Summary:
New York has been destroyed! It all happened so suddenly, with a gate to hellish parallel dimensions opening over the city and denizens of the netherworld pouring forth. In New York’s place is now the city of Jerusalem’s Lot, and a mysterious barrier quarantines it from the outside world. In this isolated ecosystem, humans and demons tenuously coexist in a society of both martial law and rampant crime. A vigilante group of superhumans calling themselves ‘Libra’ has taken it upon themselves to preserve the fragile balance of this technological and paranormal melting pot. But there are forces conspiring to tear down the barrier and unleash Jerusalem’s Lot upon the outside world. Journalist Leonardo Watch (Sakaguchi Daisuke) finds himself entangled in this mess, even as he tries to uncover the secrets of Jerusalem’s Lot for his own personal reasons. He may just end up being the key piece in the chaotic puzzle.
Own opinion:
Expect over-the-top action, sci-fi/period piece hybrids, and a conflicted protagonist struggling in a violent world. Maybe this show will be probably one of the stronger doses of action this season. And I really get the Wolverine vibe with that big guy -_- I don't know why. HAHA XD. I think this show is one of the anticipated show this season so you better watch it specially if you're into action-pack shows :D
