Summary:
Nisekoi is back with its second season. It tells the story of a yakuza’s son, Ichijou Raku (Uchiyama Kouki), being forced into a fake relationship with a gangster’s daughter, Kirisaki Chitoge (Touyama Nao). But it’s not that simple, as Raku’s unrequited love, Onodera Kosaki (Hanazawa Kana) is brought into the mix, along with transfer student Tachibana Marika (Asumi Kana), and Chitoge’s bodyguard, Tsumugi Seishirou (Komatsu Mikako). Last season ended with the Romeo and Juliet play, but left everything open ended, as Raku and Chitoge’s fake relationship continues. But Raku still loves Kosaki; she still loves him; and Marika remains the lovestruck fool she’s always been. Nisekoi: will bring the story forward as the characters move up a year, and a fresh batch of first years arrive, including Kosaki’s little sister, Onodera Haru (Sakura Ayane), Haru’s close friend, Fuu (Koiwai Kotori), and a foreign assassin, Paula McCoy (Numakura Manami).
Own opinion:
Its back! The anime show that made everone crazy with their ships. The show with the biggest shipping war!! Nisekoi season 2 is here! I have been reading the manga ever since it was only a one shot. And I don't want to spoil you but in the one-shot manga Raku end up with Chitoge but in the official manga it is still unknown. Either way, fans of the characters will get their fair share of pleasure when their favourites make appearances, and that’s what will be the main selling point for Nisekoi:. We all have a favourite that we’re rooting for, and that’s part of the fun, even if the chance of any outcome being reached just yet is slim to none. So who's team are you? For me its #TeamChitoge.
