Summary:
In Feudal Japan, life has never been that easy for a samurai. Having to deal with an outdated hierarchy system that literally takes the value out of their lives, things haven’t been much better since aliens have landed and shook things up. With everyone’s lifestyle changing, one of the biggest changes that’s occurred is the public ban on swords. And let’s be real – what good is a samurai if he’s not allowed to have his sword?! In comes Sakata Gintoki (Sugita Tomokazu), the main character who’s good with a sword but not much else. Deciding that working a typical day job isn’t his thing, he decides to become a freelancer for whatever work comes his way – so long as the pay’s good. Except the pay usually isn’t and the work always seems to be a little odd.
Own opinion:
Its here!! Its finally here!! After waiting for about 2 years Gintama is finally back. Okay, I know some of you haven't watch the anime so this might be the chance to get off your butt and start catching up. And for all those Gintama fans (like me) out there, let's PARTEEHHH!! Huhu, I'm really out of words TT^TT
Ahem...so Gintama is really a funny show. Every episode will make you laugh so hard until you cry but there's something special with this troll anime and that's the surprise attack of other genre that you won't be expecting. The drama will give you more feels because you didn't get used to it since you thought its only a gag show. And then the action where the usual funny characters turn out to be a bad-ass. Really I love this show! So please, if you have time try and start watching. :D
