Supported by mecha designs from Kawamori Shoji and writing from Okada Mari,M3: Sono Kuroki Hagane is a Sci-Fi drama set in a near-future Tokyo. There, a distorted area known as the "avidya zone" exists. Characterized by its darkness, the zone is home to strange beings known as Imashime. As beings that consume humans, the Imashime bring despair and chaos, and threaten humanity's very existence. In order to combat this threat, an expedition of eight boys and girls are sent to the avidya zone. Wielding a destiny forged from years past, they confront the present crisis as keys to humanity's future.
Own opinion:
The reason why I only gave 3 stars on this anime is maybe because it's a mecha anime. I'm very picky when it comes to anime with robots. And for its like 50/50. Its 50% boring and 50% interesting. SO it depends on you if you'll watch it :)
