"Lene? You okay in there?"

"Yeah, I'll be out in a minute Lils, just making sure I won't get sick again" I said

"Okay...I'll be in the den if you need me" She said

I really didn't want to believe this could be true.

After I minute, I slowly made my way out of the bathroom and into the den.

"Hey Lily, can you give us a minute?" I asked

"Sure" Lily said before she walked out.

"How ya feeling Mars? You've been ill for days now, I feel like we should take you to someone who can help, someone who can give you an answer" Sirius said

"No need for a doctor, Black, I know what it is" I said

"Then what is it? How can I help?" He said

Damn you Sirius Black.

"Um..." I said

"Mars, you're shaking sweetheart, what's going on? I'm worried about you" He said

How am I supposed to tell him this.

There's no way to say this without him hating me.

"Mars" He said

"So about what happened after James and Lily's wedding..." I said

"Yeah?" He said

"Let's just say, well, something's been off ever since and I feel like we may never speak again because of it" I said

"And this ties into how you've fallen ill?" He asked

"Yeah..." I said

"I'm lost" He said after a minute.

My best friends about to hate me.

"Mars, I know a lot of people think I'm a whore but I swear I-" He started

"Oh my, Sirius, I know, it's not that you daft dog" I said

"What's going on, Mars?" He asked

How do I say this.

"Lene, if you're really sick, please, for the love of godric tell me, I'm here to help, I'm not gonna let you go through this alone, you're my best friend, Mckinnon, if you're about to die too I need you to tell me, cause I swear-" He started

"Oh my, Sirius I'm not dying" I said

"Then what the hell is going on?" He asked

"I'm pregnant, that's what's going on" I said

"You're...you're what?" He said

"Sirius I'm so sorry, I promise you don't have to stay for this, I understand if you don't want to see me again but you deserved to know what was going on-" I started, getting cut off by him grabbing my hands.

"Mars, are you serious?" He asked

"100%, I'm so sorry" I said

"Mars, for the love of godric please stop apologizing, in no way is this your fault" He said

"You're not mad?" I asked

"No I'm not mad" He said with a laugh

"McKinnon, although unplanned, this is amazing news" He said

"It is?" I asked

"Of course it is, it's amazing, and a tiny bit terrifying, but we're gonna have a little one that's a bit of each of us. Are we prepared? Not in the slightest, but we'll learn as it comes, this is totally manageable and amazing news" He said
