Today couldn't be going by any slower. You've been working since 8 this morning and you didn't get off until 5 this afternoon. Sadly it was only 1. You groaned when you realized that your break was over and you had to go back to taking orders.

Costumer after costumer, you began to feel tired and drained. When you look up at the clock it had only been an hour. Since no one was in line and didn't seem like anyone had just pulled into the parking lot you go to the back to get a energy drink from the fridge.

"Y/N!!!!" You hear your manager Frank yell.

"Yes sir?" You ask after taking a swig of your drink.

He walks up to you furiously and crosses his arms. "You have a costumer waiting for you at the counter, he has so kindly been waiting patiently waiting for you to return. Get out there now or I will fire you."

You roll your eyes and quickly make your way to the front.

"I am so sorry for making you wait, can I take your order?" I say politely, while I look down at the register.

"Yes, I would like to take you on a date." A deep voice says.

When you look up your eyes got wide. It was Justin, the guy you've had a crush on since he moved across the hall from your apartment a few months ago. You never thought he noticed you. You always stayed inside reading and doing work for you classes at the university and when you weren't doing that you were working.

His big brown eyes were looking straight into yours. His smile making you melt inside. He was wearing white skinny jeans with a black fitted shirt that showed his toned body.

"Is your silence a yes or a no?" He asks breaking your daze.

You smile widely at him and tucked a piece of stray hair behind your ear.

"I would love to."

Justin smiles widely at you and leans across the counter getting closer to you.

"Great, what time you get off?"

You swallowed slowly. "Five"

"Alright, I'll come pick you up then." he says kissing your cheek and winking at you.

You watched as he walked out and got into his car. Your heart was beating super fast and you couldn't help but smile.

You were excited for the rest of the day and waited for 5 o'clock to come.
