" Yo Leo " Someone shouts.
" Yo " Leo shouts back.
I turn in the direction of the yell. I saw a group of six guys.
" Come on you two " Leo says walking in their direction.
As we get closer to the group, I noticed one guy in particular that looked familiar.
" how ya' been man " One of the guys say, extending their fist to Leo.
" Good, how have y'all been ? " Leo says fist bumping him and asking the others.
All the guys came up to Leo and fist bumped him.
" Guys introduce yourselves to my sister, since you guys already know my brother Alex here " Leo says putting both of his hands on my shoulders.
" Hold up, sister ? I thought you only had brothers" The first guy questions.
" Its a long story, now introduce yourselves " Leo says.
" My name is Chase " the first guy states.
" I'm Monty " Another says.
" Oscar " One says putting his hand up from the back of the other guys.
" Kai " Another says walking up to me sticking out his fist.
" Yo " I say sticking out my fist.
" And I'm Brooks, and this is my little brother Carter, but for some reason he likes to go by his last name " The last one says pointing at his younger brother.
I take one long look at Carter. Then it hits me, I've seen him before.
" NOW I REMEMBER YOU! " I shout pointing at Carter.
" Huh " Carter says.
" You're the guy that helped me get those guys away from that puppy " I explain.
" Oh yea " he says plainly.
" Awee they know eachother " Brooks saying putting a hand over his heart, in a dramatic manner.
" Yea whatever, lets just skate " Leo says pushing me towards the skate ramps.
Leo goes off with his friends, leaving me with Alex and Carter.
" So let's skate, Alex are you fine with watching ? " I ask.
" Yea, I'll just be on the bench over there " Alex says pointing at some benches.
" Ok " I say hopping on my skateboard, sliding down a ramp.
I was in my own little world. I tuned everything out, and focused on the breeze that blew against my face. I was so focused that it almost felt euphoric in a way.
" I didn't know Leo had a sister " Carter says popping up in my face, causing me to break my concentration.
I then fall off my skateboard, and land on my face.
Great.
Why must I always embarrass myself.
" Shit, you good ? " Carter asks while laughing.
" Yea I'm Good " I say lifting my thumb up, not moving my face from the ground.
" Are you gonna get up ? " Carter questions.
" Yea eventually " I say.
I then get up and walk over to the side of the ramp. I then sit down, and Carter does the same.
" So, you gonna answer my question ? " Carter says, making eye contact with me.
I immediately look everywhere else but his eyes. I don't know, but whenever I make eye contact with people, I immediately laugh.
" Uhm, to be honest I didn't know I had brothers. I only found out because of my social worker, because I was staying with my mom. But its a long story " I explain shrugging my shoulders. Still not looking him in the eyes.
I then felt fingers underneath my chin.
" Look at me " Carter says lifting my chin up, causing me to look him in the eyes.
I look him in the eyes, but dont say anything.
Damn he has some nice ass eyes.
Carter had hazel green eyes, with specks of brown.
" Uh- " I was saying before I was cut off by someone shouting.
More specifically Leo shouting.
" What the fu*k are you two doing ?! " he shouts glaring at me and Carter.
