"What do you mean" I say trying to remain calm.
"Shit" Grandpa says under his breath.
"What are you talking about Valentina?" Vincent asks me.
"Dad just said he'll track down that trucker, but that's impossible. You don't need to track down a dead person. So I'm pretty sure I heard yall wrong. Right?" I say smiling.
Tears were pooling down my face. I didn't even bother to wipe them. There was no point in doing so.
"Valentina let me-"
"No! That sick fuck is dead!" I shout uncontrollably.
"Val?!"
"No, no, no. He's dead. He is DEAD. Its ok Val, you're just hearing things. He's not alive. Yea he's not. I'm probably dreaming right now. Yea thats it" I say laughing and crying at the same time.
"Valentina calm down!"
"What's happening right now?!"
"Valentina?!"
I feel myself slide down a wall and cover my ears.
"This can't be happening" I say over and over.
Suddenly I'm back in my old room. Back in my old house. Back in my old clothes.
"Hello Valentina" I hear HIM say to me.
"No, no, no, no" I say squeezing my eyes shut.
"No what Val? You don't want to see your father?" He says smiling down at me.
"You're not real. You're not real! This is just a dream. I'm just dreaming" I say repeatedly trying to calm myself down.
"I'm right here" He says grabbing my arm.
I could feel it.
He is real.
He is alive.
He is actually gripping my arm.
I went into full blown panic mode.
"No!" I shout over and over.
Alex's POV
"Let go of her you idiot!" I shout at Leonardo as I watch him try and restrain her.
"You're gonna make her panic even more! See!" I shout.
I know this all to well. The same thing happens to Xavier. But no one knew of this.
"Someone get Tristan" I say thinking fast.
Since Tristan has been with her so long, he'd know what to do to calm her down.
"Alright" Ace says sprinting up the stairs.
"Can someone explain what the actual hell is going on?!" Dad yells out as he stares at a panicked Valentina.
"I have something to explain" Grandpa says guiltily.
"She can understand Italian"
"I'm sorry what?" Xander says.
"You couldn't tell?" I say not even surprised.
"This whole time she could understand what we were saying?" Vincent says sounding flabbergasted.
"So that means she knows-" Dad says coming to the realization.
"Yea she knows" Grandpa says.
"Oh my gosh" Will says.
"What's going on? Where is she?" Tristan says rushing down the stairs, almost tripping over his feet.
"Shes right there" Enzo says pointing at Val.
