Silver P.o.v.

After the whole explaining thing to Starclaw, which actually was pretty funny considering that he wanted to kill Wood, even though he didn't know him, we went out and he showed me the pack grounds.

Turns out, that the village we ran through was actually where all members of the pack lived.

And trust me when I tell you, there were a lot of werewolves.

All of them looked at me, but I couldn't blame them.

It didn't happen a lot that the alpha of the pack was running around in the pack ground with a rouge.

But thankfully more pack warriors didn't attack me.

We went to the pack house and my mouth went to the floor.

I mean it was almost a castle.

It was just huge and beautiful.

But the best part of it was that it was standing on a cliff.

I stood there for a couple of minutes until Starclaw, who was getting really hungry, brought me from my gaze.

And to be honest, me to.

So we went inside and, if it was even possible, my mouth went even wider.

It was all kept in a very warm and old-fashioned way, which I loved.

Just felt like home.

I didn't look around much though because I was literally starving.

I didn't get much food at my old pack so I was really skinny.

But when I turned around, I didn't see Starclaw.

Anywhere.

I followed his scent to a ginormous kitchen.

Well I'm going to spend a lot of time in here.

Even though it didn't seem like it, I loved cooking and baking.

My mom thought it to me before she got killed.

I was the only one of my siblings, who was interested into that stuff.

Starclaw was standing in front of the fridge.

He must have sensed my presents, because he started talking.

"The woman went shopping yesterday. The fridge was full to the top with ingredients. But nothing to eat. There are only men in this house. We can't cook."

Like I was on autopilot, I went to his side and looked over his shoulder.

The next thing I did, was look into the cupboards, to look what they had in there.

"How many people live here?"

He looked at me surprised.

"About 100 people."

Wow.

A lot of people.

But it shouldn't be a problem.

Good thing that the women bought a lot of meat.

So I started to make steaks.

I know I know.

Steaks? For all of these people?

But trust me. I knew what I was doing.

To go with it, I made some potatoes and beans wrapped in bacon.
