Enzo's POV:

"Belle are you ok? What happened." I asked when I saw her bruised face.

"There was a situation at the park."

"I should have brought Echo." Belle said walking up to me.

She put her head in my chest.

I wrapped my arms around her.

Then I saw Mason's younger brother Elliot.

"What's going on? What happened?"

"Elliot I think you're the best one to give that given you saw everything." Mason said.

"Some kids from school have a beef with me, so they cornered me at the park and um..Belle saw. They saw her and chased her. I tried to get free, but they just kept hitting me. They wanted to do stuff to her, but I was finally able to get one guy off of me so they couldn't take her shirt off."

Belle hugged me tighter when he said that about her shirt.

"Then you guys ran up and got her out of there."

"Thank you. Liam you know where the first aid kit is, will you grab it, so we can patch these two up? Unless do you think we need to go to the hospital?"

"I don't want to. I hardly got her hurt."

"Belle you're bleeding."

"I'm fine. Please don't make me go."

"Ok..Let's get you cleaned up though."

Liam came back with the first aid kit and Mason started cleaning Elliot up, while I cleaned Belle up.

She had a split lip and a bruise on her jaw.

Elliot's POV:

That girl can take a punch I'll give her that.

"You ok?" I asked while we were just sitting at the kitchen table everyone silent.

She nodded and took another sip of tea.

"Are you?" She asked.

She has a cute voice.

"Yeah I'm good. Not my first rodeo."

"What does that mean?"

"I've been beaten up more than once."

"Me too."

"Oh?"

She nodded.

Everyone in the room looked more tense when she said that.

"Want some tea?" She asked.

"Sure. What kind?"

"Chamomile. I could make another if you don't like it though."

"Chamomile is good, thank you."

She got up and poured me a cup.

For some reason everyone looked stunned when she offered tea.

This huge dog came over and I will admit I was a little caught off guard when this giant dog hopped up and sat on this tiny girl's lap.

She had this huge smile on her face when he did that.

Big dogs aren't my favorite.

After a little bit of talking there was a knock at the door.

"I'll get it." Ian said and went to the door.
