"You're a real force to be reckoned with, and I have so much respect for how you handle yourself. But for some reason... I'm the exception."

I was with Sapnap and Punz in the training arena not long afterwards, the three of us seated on the wall that we often sat on when we wanted to talk in private. We were discussing the events of the morning, and our plans for the future. Punz said that he had spoken to Sam, who was happy to not only be getting rid of Aipha, but to be promoting someone who'd long since deserved it. Sam enjoyed making his soldiers feel wanted and appreciated, and according to he and Punz, Gumi deserved this more than anyone.
"I'm actually really happy Dream gave that job to Aipha," said Sapnap. "It means neither of us have to do it, Punz."
"No," Punz agreed. "We have plenty of other things to be doing, such as, what the hell are we going to do if Schlatt decides to attack using the discs?"
"I have no idea," I groaned. "Every time I think about it I shudder. That pain is unbearable, and the fact that it could happen again at any time is the worst thing about it."
The two of them looked at me sympathetically.
"Okay," stated Sapnap, "So... if we don't take into consideration what is realistic here, we have three options on what we can do for a short term fix to our problems."
"Three?" Asked Punz.
"Three," Sapnap nodded. "One, get the discs off Schlatt, which realistically speaking is our long term goal anyway. Two, retrieve the original bracelet from the bottom of the sea, or the river bed, or wherever it happens or be at the moment. And three, Dream goes back to the original woman who made the bracelet for him and gets another one."
There was a pause as Punz and I digested this information.
"All of those are awful ideas," I said, at last.
Sapnap scoffed at me.
"Thanks for the vote of confidence."
"Sorry," I smiled, "I just... number one is, as you said, our long term goal anyway, and number two and three are almost entirely impossible. Dream had that bracelet made so long ago, there's no way he'd be able to find the woman who made it again. And even if we knew where the bracelet was, what hope do we have of retrieving it from the bottom of the sea?"
"I don't know," Sapnap sighed.
As he spoke, there was a commotion at the bottom of the arena, and Aipha, accompanied by four others, entered by the far gate.
"I forgot Dream told them they could come in here to discuss privately," I said.
"I better go and check they know what they're doing," Punz chuckled, jumping down from the wall.
"Take these," I told him, retrieving the armoury keys from my pocket, and chucking them down to him."
"Thanks," Punz nodded. "I'll talk to you two later."
